A cozy hotel in the heart of the city. Beautiful territory. And the most favorite place is the Lobby bar, where there is a lot of greenery and a cozy atmosphere. Yes, and delicious breakfasts.

For more than 10 years now, I have been periodically visiting Riksos and I am happy to be in the lobby of this Building. An oasis of tranquility. A wonderful place for your business meetings. (As a guest of a hotel or Banquets, I can't say anything)

There are enough joints in any hotel, I tried for 2 days to find out the cost of the refrigerator in the room, it's useless, it's clean where you can see, the child climbed further than allowed and came out in dust and cobwebs, the spa didn't come to all the brains in the room .....and, they knock and immediately enter (cleaning) on-in my opinion, this is not acceptable for 5⭐

I stayed at this hotel in October 2021 at a conference. The impressions are ambiguous and in many ways negative:
The service is extremely weak, the staff is not trained at all.... Management does not invest in training at all.
The rooms are very poorly made, a lot of imperfections, and small ones, but affecting the overall impression of the hotel. Water pours from the cabin, chipped tiles, etc.
The food is mediocre on site. It is not worthy for a hotel of this level.
After booking via booking.com we sent a letter that the reservation may not be guaranteed without 100% payment and the room may be given to others!
This is the first time I've ever seen this! Absolutely unacceptable attitude towards customers! It turned out that the hotel wanted to earn more money from customers as it changed the rates and they increased 3 times! Accordingly, the guests who booked rooms earlier turned out to be not profitable for the hotel.
That's the kind of management!!!
It's just a shame!
