We rested here with the children in late May and early June. The territory is huge, there are many places where you can go with children : a water park, attractions, a swimming pool, a spa area, a walk along the embankment (all this can already be seen on YouTube)..The food is excellent. All drinks are brought by the waiters, if you ask. The staff is very friendly and always tries to help.The rooms are bigger, spacious and new. There were two full-fledged cots for children. Drinks are all there, alcohol is expensive, cocktails almost do everything.
Of the minuses, what I didn't like: half of the water park didn't work, as well as the attractions. Long service at the bars, you have to stand in queues. And the rest is monotonous, every day is similar to the previous one)) I get tired of such a rest quickly, on the fifth day I had enough). In general, well done! Thanks for the rest.

We had a rest in early July at this hotel.
Positive:
- no need for a passport, not far to fly, no deposit at check-in
- plenty of entertainment for adults and children (including a water park until 20:00, an amusement park until 00:00)
- a huge heated Infinity pool
- you can always have a snack and drink outside, ice cream without restrictions (which is important for children)

- special THANKS to the coaches from the Football Academy (they brought the child to football training for the first time and after, he began to visit them regularly – twice a day, each child had attention and his own approach)
- a variety of food (you definitely won't stay hungry)

- one free visit to choose from two restaurants on site (portions are large)
Minus
- for early check-in, you must pay a fee on the spot (optional), in the amount of 15,000 rubles. (many slept in the lobby, waiting for check-in)
- the mini bar was supposed to be updated once a day, but they did not do this, they had to be reminded often
- periodically, the most popular attractions did not work in the amusement park, and no one knew from the staff when they would start working
- when visiting the amusement park, standing in line, some visitors passed by it (there is a service for buying a ticket out of turn, this must be taken into account)
- in the water park, our entire stay on vacation (7 days) – 2 large adult slides did not work
- almost no one swims in the sea, it is shallow and cool, compared to the Infinity pool. There are rocks in the sea and the bottom is a little muddy
- on the territory of the amusement park and the water park, food is paid in tenge, so it's better not to go hungry))
- freshly squeezed juice in the SPA is paid
If we weigh the pros and cons, overall we liked it. I had warm memories of my vacation and upon arrival home, I wanted to go back))) The days were busy, it was not boring and there is always something to do for any mood!!!

An ideal place for a family vacation. Both adults and children liked the kids' club and the animation programs. The children generally disappeared all day at football practice. Twice a day, professional trainers organized classroom classes for children of different levels of training. We were also very lucky, because Vladimir Bystrov was at the hotel, he also played football with the children. The children were absolutely delighted to play with such a star!

A wonderful hotel, we are currently relaxing in it.. It is more focused on families with children, everything is provided for children. I would especially like to note the work of lifeguards at the pools, they really look after the children. The food is decent, you will always find food to your taste. The staff is friendly and helpful. A magnificent water park, an excellent amusement park, a swimming pool with waves. I liked the steak house, excellent rib eye. Of the minuses, the lack of pickles and smoked fish for breakfast is purely for me (due to kidney problems, salty food can sometimes be eaten only for breakfast). We will definitely come back here.

The hotel is good. Clean, comfortable rooms, the renovation is fresh. We are a family: two daughters, my wife and I live in a studio room, there is enough space for everyone. Sea view.
The territory is well maintained, those living in the hotel can go to the water park and amusement park for free.
There are swimming pools, a children's club, and a private beach on the territory itself. Sun loungers are everywhere.

Of the cons:
- the sea is cool, shallow, the bottom is sharp in places.
-the pool water is warmer, but not always comfortable. It's windy, you go out or you go in cold. Without wind, the water warms up to a more comfortable temperature.
- a towel was stolen on the territory of the hotel. We were surprised (we did not expect this). The fine is 15,000 tenge. The security and the hotel administration are not responsible. We arrived without cash. For the first time in Kazakhstan, we will figure out how to get out of the situation. There are no ATMs here.
- there are questions about the organization of a beach holiday. The hotel is family-run, there are a lot of families with children (almost all). Cigarettes and hookah are allowed to smoke on the beach (it is brought by the hookah workers of the hotel), specifically on 08/18/2023 a family was sitting and smoking a hookah. It's full of kids and hookah, I think it's wrong. Upon arrival, they explained to us that there are communal pools, there are pools only for adults (people who want to take a break from children swim there), send such people there.
To sum up, this is one of the coolest places for a family vacation, we will definitely come back here.

Great hotel!
There is everything for a family holiday.
Children are simply delighted with the pool, the water park, the amusement park and of course the children's club. Well, in turn, we appreciated the high-quality service and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is modern, the design is pleasing to the eye.
The food is varied, mainly Turkish dishes with a touch of national Kazakh dishes. There is everything to relax your body and soul. The spa center deserves attention. Several steam rooms, a hammam, a variety of massages, a pool with the warmest water.
Of course, rotovirus was not without children, as they swallowed water in the pool. But thanks to the paramedic who was called to the room, they were put on their feet within a day. We ordered breakfast in the room once. All this is absolutely free.
There is a steppe beyond the territory and there is nowhere to just go for a walk. We need to go to the city center. We did not use this service, as the territory of the hotel is huge and you can have a great time there.The city itself is young and therefore you need to understand that you will not see a variety of shopping centers and restaurants there. It can be seen that there is a global development of the city and infrastructure development.
Huge respect to the bar and the bartenders who work there. Any cocktail is mixed, the variety of alcohol is amazing. In general, fans of strong alcohol will appreciate it, I think.
For the first time on vacation with children, we, as parents, were really able to relax and unwind.
Well, in conclusion, for the sake of these sunsets, I want to come back here again.

A new hotel. Nice interior. Beautiful view of the sea and the sunset. The spa area is good. There is everything for children's entertainment: a water park, attractions, a children's club and animation.
Minuses:
Disgusting food and restaurant. Absolutely not the Rixos level. Monotonous, solid roast meat and mackerel. Fatty mayonnaise salads. Soups made from a maggi cube and ready-made mixtures. I came across raw meat in mantas and samsa. The dishes are decorated with fish tails, and the pilaf with eggs. By the third day, I was sick of going to this dining room. Sticky tables, dirty dishes. It is almost impossible to get drinks from the waiters, visitors prefer to serve themselves on their own so as not to wait indefinitely. At the same time, it is worth leaving a child at the table with the food that has just been brought - they will take away all the full plates right from under his nose! I've seen this situation several times and it was with our table too.
But the most unpleasant impression is the noise level! There is a bar in the courtyard of the U-shaped hotel, where live music is played daily in the evenings from 21:00 to 23:30 (sometimes 00:00). Bass and sound at maximum! It is impossible to fall asleep even completely with the window closed. And after 23:30 the noise continues, the disco on the beach begins! It's a little quieter now, but only with the window closed. You have to sleep with an air conditioner, which is not pleasant and not useful. Who is this endless rave for?! If the contingent of the hotel is full of families with young children?! The sensations are like a sophisticated torture by incessant noise both day and night. Yes, music is on site in the afternoon in the morning.
The staff is mostly indifferent to the problems of the residents. From the very first day, I notified the reception every day that our refrigerator was not working. It's been 10 days, and it still doesn't work. For all the time, the master came once and never fixed it.

the water park and amusement park are unlimited, but you need to take into account that people from other hotels or places of residence come there just to ride. fast track for vacationers in Rixos is also paid, you need to buy at the reception.
according to the water park, not all slides worked, children must have vests (there are), without them they are kicked out of the pools.
according to the amusement park, two of the scariest slides for adults did not work. on the other slides, children are allowed above 90-95-100-105-110 cm, depending on the slide.
you won't get bored at the hotel, which is nice.

There are many advantages, they are all described in any guide to this hotel, I will not list them, I'd rather write about the main disadvantage, because of which I categorically do not recommend visiting this hotel- instead of the declared alcohol, they pour a fig knows what, or the position that is stated, but diluted with water. On the lobby bar, this can somehow be solved by arranging a showdown, but on the beach they pour some kind of brew bottled with elite alcohol, in all bottles with dispensers such as absolute, Jack Daniels, or chivas, this very plastic dispenser is torn out with pliers, so that it would be convenient to pour anything there except what is stated. Cocktails are generally water, 5 degrees. For the first time in my life I come across this, in the beginning I thought it was bartenders, but then it became clear that this was the position of managers. We weren't the only ones who noticed this, I heard a lot of fights at the bar about alcoholic beverages. The fact that our flight was delayed for 2.5 hours, I will not stop. Everything is tolerable. The flight from Yekaterinburg was 2 hours and 15 minutes, which is most pleasing. We quickly passed through passport control and now we are rushing on three buses to the hotel. I must say 95% are parents with children under 4 years old. There are very crumbs. We arrived at the hotel at 8-30. At the hotel, they gave us to fill out questionnaires and told us! Check-in time is from 13 to 14 days, wait for check-in. Perhaps you will be settled earlier, ask. You can go to breakfast.
Breakfast. There is quite a lot of choice in dishes. There are porridges, a variety of omelets, pastries and fruits.
We walked around the territory, but since we didn't sleep at night, we got tired of the slowly dragging time. I went to ask how the room was. I was told that the check-in time is from 13 to 14. Since this summer, there has been a review of the hotel that the check-in is as long as possible. So it is! If you arrive even at 4 a.m., you will wait until 1400 in the afternoon, and then until 15-00. If you have an overnight flight, book an early check-in, or wait. That's all about the bad stuff.
The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, the staff work without squatting. The area is clean. In the evening, all the sunbeds are washed and wiped dry.
The food at the hotel is varied, everyone can find a dish to their taste. There are vegetables, fruits, colorful balls for children's favorite dishes, and of course French fries and nuggets.
There is an aqua park on the territory, slides for both the youngest and adults.

The only thing is, if you are eating with small children, ask for a room with access not to the central alley. You will not be able to fall asleep before 23-30, you can hear it in the room. I will not say that this is a minus. Just keep in mind.

It is not worth changing at the reception, it is not a very profitable course. In the lobby from 11-00 there is a representative of the tour operator, who changes quite profitably and can be transferred. The ATM at the hotel is not working.
If you want to go to Aktau, you can download the inDraiv local taxi app so it's cheaper to get to the city. There are shops in the hotel, but they are very strange by choice. One looks like a museum in general. You will not be able to buy souvenirs at the hotel, and you will also need to look for them in Aktau. More about the sea! If you are told that it will be possible to swim in the Caspian Sea, do not believe it. The hotel has a very large coastline, but the lake is sooooo shallow, dirty and smells of mud. Swimming is only allowed in the pools at the hotel. The return flight was delayed for 12 hours, we were settled in a guest house for a while, we got home a day.

I thought for a long time what kind of rating to put and according to the review ... when we were going to the hotel, we really assessed which country it was located in, but the calculation was that this is a chain hotel that maintains its reputation. But everything turned out to be sad, the wrapper from a chocolate candy, and inside the most penny lollipop. Get ready right away - the division into citizens of Kazakhstan and Russians is very clear, the attitude towards citizens of the Russian Federation is dismissive. The hotel itself is modern, beautiful, but not well maintained everywhere (battered furniture with chips, blockages in the sewer, poor ventilation in the bathrooms, "walking" tiles on the floor in the rooms). For food, a uniform set with small choices, about like in January-February in Turkey, changes if only for a holiday or a local arrival. Citizens of Kazakhstan can come by on Friday and Saturday with families (from grandparents to the youngest family members), on a "weekend tour", I must say right away that they behave like wild, there is an unpleasant smell in public places, garbage, if Russians are not given soda in a jar and are not allowed into the main restaurant with a cocktail - this rule does not apply to Kazakhs, they can do anything. If you expect to swim like us and the sea is not worth it, the bottom is muddy, knee-deep, the only more or less descent from the pier. The adult pool is heated, the main thing is that there are no children ... it turns out that not everyone can read the rules, whether Kazakhs or Russians. On September 30, the summer season was closed - the large swimming pool, which is the hallmark of the hotel, was turned off, it became unheated, and the beach bar was closed. Plus the cleaning of the pools, the sunbeds are washed every day, the pool is cleaned. In the reviews I saw a description of how to make a pool with sea water, I did not believe it, as it turned out - in vain, really every day, after closing (and the pool closes at 18.00) a guy climbs into the water and throws salt. What else surprised me. If you want to get-hand over towels, keep track of the time, sweep the issue of one throughout the territory, and employees do not just honor labor legislation, but re-perform - arrival at 17.45 it is not a fact that someone will take a towel from you, the employee has already gone home. When we stopped at the hotel, the hotel staff warned that the bathrobe should be worn only in the room, but as it turned out, this does not apply to locals, who even walk around the hotel, near the pools, not only in bathrobes, but also in slippers from the room. I was struck by the presence of unpleasant odors in the spa, which was unexpected, given the stated 5 stars. The wave pool is open only from 12 to 18 o'clock, while locals who came to the amusement park also enter the territory, while the waves are not constant, they are turned on once an hour and only for 20 minutes. The pool itself is not heated. Restaurants on site are difficult to sign up, as they are visited by locals, although when they arrived there were a lot of empty tables. Well, the cherry on the cake. When we read the reviews, having already arrived at the hotel, we saw that at 12.00 they were evicted, cut off the bracelets, forbidding the use of the hotel's infrastructure, we did not believe it, but as it turned out, if you want to stay, pay, 4 hours 40 thousand local currency, 6 hours - 60 thousand, 8 - 80 thousand. If there is no local currency, they will change it at the most unfavorable rate, not like at the airport or in the city. If, like us, there is a flight delay, there is a way out, having given the number, they can cut off the main bracelet for you, but give you a white bracelet that is valid until 18.00, you can safely have lunch and use the hotel bar, although without a room. Will I go to this hotel again - definitely not, will I advise someone - no, the only thing I will advise is to take a tour from Sunday to Friday, so as not to get at the same time with the locals.

I'm sorry that I have to write this review. Of course, this hotel has many advantages if you consider a vacation with a child:
•the flight from Moscow takes only 3 hours.
•it is possible to pass the control with a birth certificate
•the hotel in the photo is not bad/the sunsets are beautiful/there are beds by the pool
But, the advantages ended there:
•poisoning at breakfast with an infant
• poisoning at dinner by her husband on another day unfortunately indicates unsanitary conditions. I breastfeed my baby and after eating porridge and cottage cheese for breakfast, I did not expect to get poisoned, although the taste of porridge seemed strange to me. The shortage of staff is taking its toll. They will not come to you and will not help you. The dishes are often not clean and not in the best shape. If you are poisoned, and your husband asks for help at the reception, you will be told to go down to the paramedic yourself. That's all. Unfortunately, there is no loyalty. Even chicken broth after you have been rinsed for 5 hours in a row, you will be refused to bring it to your room. The hotel is very popular, but of course, it's just the only one here. There is no sea here, nominally it exists, but in fact you will not see anyone in it, even in the summer season it is cold, muddy and with stones, like a sandy beach. There is a swimming pool with heated seawater, but do not forget about the wind, most likely you will just be blown away. For example, if you let go of the stroller, it was demolished. Next: they forget to put water, tea and juices in the room if you didn't remind them yourself, one day I was bombed when they didn't even put paper cups, although glass glasses could be put in 5*. On the first day we thought it was cool here, then we were disappointed and every day we slowly moved towards one star. The spa is sparse, a cold hammam and a similar pool. There is solid hair in the mini pool. The rooms look beautiful, but in fact: a broken sink, broken shower gels, sad trash cans, cracks and holes in the walls. We are still at the hotel, but no one pays attention to any comments-it is better not to waste time on this and share it here so that you do not spoil your vacation. It is not possible to extend the room, if you have a departure at 22:00, then you will spend the whole day as people without a fixed place of residence. If suddenly at least someone reads my review, Rospotrebnadzor or whatever it is called here! Wellcome! This way for you!
And the fact that Russians are not loved here is not fake. They hit us on the stroller, specially closed the umbrella and slammed the sunbed next to the sleeping child, and when asked why you did it, you see, she fell asleep, I needed the answer so much from the pool staff. Probably the only person who deserves 5 stars here is the smiling girl at the entrance to the dining room, who decorated everyday life with her smile. I hope this review will be useful!
