A beautiful park. In downtown. There is a playground. Benches. It's a designer's trick. There is also a platform on the funicular to the fortress. Pedestrian bridge to the historical center of Tbilisi. Tourists are unlikely to miss this place

It's pretty, the park is not crowded with either interactive, leisure (which is not bad), or vegetation, this is a good place to look down at the old town rising up on the opposite shore.
