If you have a robot in your car, you want to save time and money, go right here. My story. I had questions about the robot's operation (the gears did not switch) and I switched to another service. They spent four days talking about it, the issue was not resolved, and the diagnosis was also carried out incorrectly. Thank God I didn't fix them according to their diagnosis. He freaked out, dragged him to the guys in RKPP and the issue was resolved in 4.5 (!!!) hour's. And for adequate money (cheaper than if it were repaired according to the initial diagnosis).

Hi everybody.I myself from Vitebsk am a member of the Citroen owners community at the RCPP.A lot has been passed and heard about the RKPP remnon. I want to leave an honest, legible review, I still have the first day of repair out of two, I think so (my fault, I brought such spare parts, on the advice of Vitebsk car shops, this is a separate story). Replacement of the clutch of the Citroen gearbox. Later, at the end, I will supplement the review.I would like to note for the first day: it was scary when I gave the car away, it is not clear to whom, without paperwork, they will be issued at the end of the work (there was no time for this. But it turns out everything is fine, while I was getting back home, Andrey (master, director) I still don't understand), for any reason I called- I think it's right, the approach to work is very responsible, all the jambs on the car are eliminated during the analysis, or rather, repair-replacement is offered first, and then your choice is whether to do or not....communication with the client is adequate ..... it does NOT work on clients, it tries to help....they explain everything correctly....)
