Terrible service, in any other passport office (in regional, small, or large cities) they do everything in a day.
I will write a complaint about the aptitude test.
These people have their passports taken away for a week. And no one cares if people have something planned.
They don't even give out a certificate that they take your passport, how is that??? You can't even show where to show why there is no passport, Passport officers are rude, even if you calmly ask them "I can pay extra for accelerated production." Why is there not even such an option?
