It is nice to see the Rosneft gas station in the beloved neighboring country of Belarus. Good service, location and fuel quality. Expand across the country. Thank you for the decent service.
Good refueling, normal fuel, fill the entire volume, the staff is polite, the toilet is clean, there are all the little things necessary on the road. The only thing is there is no place to pump up the wheels, maybe it was somewhere, but I didn't see it.
1.06.24 was at this gas station. He asked to fill up to a full tank, the operator said that this was only possible with an advance payment. Actually, I paid a deliberately large amount with a card.
After refueling the car, I returned to the cashier for a refund of the remaining amount, BUT it did not pass. According to the operator, it was my card (everything is definitely fine with it). To make a refund to another card or in cash (the Law "On Consumer Protection" of the Republic of Belarus allows both options), the operator categorically refused, began to get emotional and be impertinent, which is completely unacceptable.
Due to the fact that I had small children in my car, I was forced to leave and did not bring the case to an end.
If you do not want to lose your money, time and nerves, never pay at this gas station (I assume that at other gas stations of this network in the Republic of Belarus) in the same way as I do.
It's a very nice place.there are no queues. They are located in the forest.

It's all good. Convenient refueling. It works both ways when driving on the highway (no need to look for a place for U-turns). It's a shame that you can't refuel according to the phrase - "to a full tank."
Thanks to the gas station staff, I did not ask the name of the young man - but I think he remembers this situation - my wiper was torn off on the move, it was raining, I had to drive another 700 km and they helped me pick up and install the wiper! Guys, thank you very much!
Although it seems to be a gas station from a Russian company, but relax. The price of gasoline is the same as everyone else in the country. And most importantly, this is a joint that infuriates some Russian ones, it is the inability to refuel without prepayment.
The refueling is not bad, but the service is "lame". Yesterday, 26. 09.2020 at 22.05 I ordered two cups of moccachino coffee. The device first gave out approximately 150 ml of a coffee-like liquid that has nothing to do with moccachino. The sellers stubbornly proved that everything is fine and there are 200 ml here. After the complaint, the device was refilled and the second glass was normal. However, the sellers did not replace the first cup and did not even make an attempt to apologize. - "It's not our fault!"
It's just indecent for such a company.
There is a large gas station, and there are four entrances, but there are only FOUR "pistols" and you can refuel 95m only on one!
I stood for ten minutes, but I did not wait until the circus ended with the problem of stopping the column, which two operators and the administrator tried to solve in turn.
He left after three km. refueled at Belorusneft. I lived in Russia for 15 years, tried not to refuel at Rosneft - there were always some problems with the staff, then with the quality of fuel.
We were at the gas station on 06/28 half of the pumps were not working, we stood in line for ten minutes to pay for fuel, went to the car, it turned out that the fuel had not filled up. We tried to put the gun back in place - the result is the same, the fuel does not go. We went to figure it out, they didn't want to take us in without a queue, we had to stand for another ten minutes. As a result, our friends from another country almost missed the plane, and saw the excellent Belarusian service. The sellers did not even apologize, but on the contrary were outraged when the husband asked for a book of complaints.
An empty hall, no one. To the request of a frozen, tired traveler to sit at the table "with his own", the answer is: "it is not allowed.".. Just like in Russia... not even like in the "scoop". The saleswoman was knocking the dust off the doormat, not paying attention to the man standing next to her... And the dust is flying... In short, if I ever drive by again, I'll drive by.
