We had a vacation in February, a cool budget hotel. The receptionists are polite, they will even help with the luggage, they will lift it down. They will help you with everything, it is located right on the square near the market, there is everything you need nearby. There is a bakery opposite. Very convenient for living

Very good! We rented an apartment for the price of a room. The city center, everything is there - clean/beautiful. But along with the large rooms, there are cheap rooms without windows (also good, but sad without a window), keep in mind when booking.

A great hotel. We lived in a room on the 4th floor for 7 months, from October to April 2022-2023. And we felt at home there! It is a very cozy and pleasant place.
It was out of season and there was a good price for renting an apartment per month, including all payments. It was very warm in winter! There's a kitchen there. Two bedrooms, including a bedroom for children with two separate beds. With very comfortable orthopedic mattresses! Which is very rare for Gyumri. And a huge dining room with a table and chairs for work. There are two TVs with cable and smart TV and you could turn on cartoons for children and watch a movie yourself.
The hotel administrators are very pleasant and helpful people. And a huge plus is the location of the hotel! This is the very center of the city, there is no such thing as a center!) In one minute walk there are exchangers, a grocery market with the freshest products! With the best assortment and freshness of fruits and vegetables in the city.
