It is also impossible to reach them, they give some other number on the main phone, which is not answered. That is, you can only find out something in person, and even only on certain days of the week. The payment of the fee also did not go without excesses - one terminal did not work, and a special employee who helps pay went home earlier. In principle, the payment process is not that complicated - why not just write instructions for people?
