I want to change my review a bit, which I wrote earlier. In general, I like this place, I've been there several times. Cleanliness, delicious, varied food for breakfast, friendly staff, beautiful, well-maintained territory.
BUT unfortunately, there are some moments that are a little frustrating, we have been in the hotel for 3 years in a row, and it has always remained that way.:
1) The lighting of the pedestrian zone paths does not work at night, the territory is beautiful and large, but it is dark in the evening, although it is clear during the day that the lighting is provided everywhere. Only the facade is illuminated.
2) If they return to the hotel in the evening, they will have to walk in the corridor to the room with a flashlight, it is also dark, no lights are provided.
3) It is expensive to eat at a local restaurant. Although there is a discount for the residents of the hotel.
4) They don't follow the information on the website!!!
When we were at the hotel for the first time, we liked that there was a heated pool outside, and in early May we could swim.
We arrived for the second time at the end of April, the hotel had repairs in the buildings and on one day in the evening, a hammer drill was heard for a while. The outdoor pool was also being renovated, but there was no information about it on the website. The cost was not lower.
The third time was in early May 2025.
The first 4 points remained unchanged!
The outdoor pool was expanded, but it was very disappointing that it was not working again. We understood that they decided not to heat it anymore and it only works in the summer. In this case, it is necessary to indicate the information on the website correctly and indicate the season of the pool, although previously it was heated and it was possible to swim in cool weather!!!!
A large-scale construction is underway next to the pool, it looks like another aqua zone, there is no information about it again!!!
A second Jacuzzi was installed, but for some reason it does not work well.
Saunas are not faithfully included in the SPA, there is always one that does not work.
As for the room where we lived this time, I liked the room, it is spacious, there is a large TV, beautiful lamps, a comfortable mattress. But the room was not ready!
There were three of us, and the amount of bathrobes, water and towels was for two. Besides, the bar was half empty)) and the cleaner had to run, fill the bar, put an extra bed and bring another set of towels and a bathrobe. Thanks to her for her promptness, the cleaning was really done only the next day! But the room looks clean. Only the shower door needs to be repaired, of course, it closes badly and with a sound.
In summary, I would like to say that I would like to come again only because of the new aquazone, but because of such small things there was not much sediment.

We were celebrating a friend's birthday, and we stayed the night. The room (standard) is lovely: large, comfortable, has everything you need (everything is working) clean.
Large, well-maintained territory, there is a place to walk.
The main restaurant, where the DR was celebrated, is also large, with several halls, plus verandas, glazed and open. Food, drinks, everything is of decent quality. The service is provided by a lot of obviously inexperienced young people, but in general it is normal.
