There was a flash drive with 1 word file -> inserted into robocopy -> the file was gone, so a bunch of files and folders with viral names appeared. It is better to print in special centers.

It was necessary to make a color printout, the machine wrote off the money, but the copy never came out. And so twice. There were no notes about the error, etc. When calling both numbers of those.support subscribers are unavailable. They were left without money and without copies.

I don't know about you, but it's impossible to print something without a flash drive: ( and it's not just with this robocop. you go to the site according to the instructions, but in the end nothing happens. And the color printing is so expensive! Has it always been like this?
