In general, after 2 days of hunger, I went to the center to eat normally.
You won't get enough of beer alone!

If you bring in a crowd of ill-mannered ladies and gentlemen who just came to devour, and they really swept everything off the tables, and there was literally nothing left!

The worst hotel I've ever been to.
For food: the queue at the canteen before breakfast, lunch and dinner, the second queue for pancake fritters / chicken / pork / pasta, clean cutlery and plates end in the middle of breakfast / lunch / dinner, eggs were seen once in 10 days, cheese was a couple of days, as well as bread. The smoked sausage ended on the third day of our stay. There were no fish. There was no ice cream for 3 days, the rest of the days were either chocolate or vanilla, only for lunch and dinner, that's all that was sweet, not counting pineapples, papaya, guava and jams made from them. In the end, watermelons appeared, but they tasted bad. The restaurant had almost everything the same, only with clean plates and cutlery. I managed to eat fish in the Cuban one, but only pork in the international one. Rum, beer, sprite, sugar, coffee and cola are also running out on the bar or not at all.
The room was cleaned every day, but the room was still dirty, they left a tip every day for this, they only made the bed. There is no shower gel or dental kit. The shower is terrible, and the hot water ran out one day. The windows in the room have huge slits. We weren't very lucky with the weather, it was windy and the room was cool. I never turned on the air conditioner. At the time of my stay at the hotel, the vacationers lost their phone, headphones, children's toys, sunglasses, forgotten on the hotel grounds, as well as personal belongings left in the room. Also, beach towels were not given to all vacationers.
It's a long way to the city center, and it's a 15-minute walk to a taxi in the evening. There's a free bus during the day, but we're RUNNING OUT of seats!
The Wi-Fi works well only for one vacationer from the room, and then it can be turned off.
There are plants and thorns on the beach. The sand is worse than on the public beach in the center of Varadero. The entrance to the water is not shallow. There are always free sun beds.
Animation all day, only it's in Spanish. Disco for half an hour after the evening show until 23:00.

Amazing place, hotel, staff
Great food, as diverse as possible in Cuba, games, animations, dancing all the time, we caught Valentine's day, celebrated on a grand scale, we caught dinners on the street 2 times, God, it's a delight, how the staff tries to make everything as comfortable as possible, I was satisfied with everything and tirelessly thank my tour operator, who she told me to go with the child to this hotel ❤❤❤❤❤love and happiness, for a long time, there are more than 5 thousand pictures and videos in the archive, here is only a small part of what was delivered
