Great vacation with children. A wonderful children's club, kind-hearted animators in it, good location, room cleaning regularly and efficiently, an aqua park on the territory for children, managers at the reception solve all issues. Minus for meals in a buffet restaurant: soups are over-salted all the time, they did not respond to repeated comments, the assortment can also be significantly expanded, for a five-star hotel it is very meager.

It was the best vacation of my life. You can talk about that hotel and all its charms endlessly. Above all the praise of the service, the service and of course the FOOD! The location is impressive with views and ocean breezes! I will definitely come back!

The hotel is very beautiful. The territory is well-groomed, green, full of flowers. There are many ponds with iridescent water. In one of them there are cute water turtles that attract everyone's attention. A sufficient number of sun beds, towels are changed without problems. You can sit on a bench in the shade among the orchids. It's just paradise. The room is comfortable and large. There is a dressing room. On the loggia there are sun beds and an umbrella, armchairs and a table. The cleaning is perfect. Before going to bed, they put chocolates. A delicious and very pleasant present awaits you upon arrival. The spa is super. The girls are very friendly and attentive. The hotel is on the shore. It is very convenient to walk along the ocean and along the streets of the resort town. But we must remember that this is a volcanic island. There are huge rocks by the water, and where you can approach the water, there is black sand. I would say that this beach is "not for a white woman!" The hotel has a sufficient number of beautiful pools. The food is varied, delicious and for every taste. You can always choose salads, hot dishes, fruits, and delicious pastries. The assortment is updated every day. It is nice that the flowers are not only on the territory of the hotel, but also in the halls. The bouquets are beautifully designed, and are always fresh in large beautiful vases. This creates an extraordinary comfort. Many thanks to the hotel administration for the general policy of goodwill!
