We stayed in November 2023, in my opinion the Hotel is terrible, it does not match its 4* in any way. The rooms are terrible, the view from the window is terrible, the bathrooms have some primitive toilets. The elevators in the hotel are old, like in the Soviet Union in old high-rise buildings. The breakfast buffet is very primitive, scrambled eggs and sausages, nothing more from the main dishes. The rest is pastries and fruits. One positive thing is clean pastel linen, I didn't see anything else good. Who gave this hotel the stars is not clear at all. I do not recommend it.
