A wonderful place, we took a sea view, there was a Green day room.It was clean, cozy, and had everything you needed.Towels were changed every day, beach towels and cleaning 1 time in three days.This hotel is located in one of the towers of the ORBI complex, across the street is the sea and many cool restaurants.Special thanks to El for the help.sincerely, Alexandra and Anastasia, from 6 to 14 August 2024

It's a pretty interesting place. This is a residential building, where the whole 9th floor is reserved for a hotel. The sea is a 2-minute walk away, there is also a 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, many restaurants nearby. If you live in the rooms on the left side, you will have a view of the sea, on the sunset side.

The hotel is located on the first line from the sea, on the 9th floor. There is a busy road under the windows, and noise can be heard when the window is open. Before our arrival, the room in which we lived was poorly cleaned (dust under the bed, drying in the corner of the bed). The receptionist and the maid are very positive and friendly. The sea is 150 meters from the Orbi hotel complex. Two sun beds and an umbrella cost 560 rubles. By the way , it makes no sense to carry dollars , there are exchangers at every step . We stayed with my husband and my mother from 03/27/31/03. We booked a single studio room with a double bed and a pull-out sofa. After confirming the booking at the booking office, the administrators sent detailed instructions on how to get to the hotel, and also answered all our questions very promptly before check-in. When we arrived, a nice girl from the reception offered to change the room to the next one for free. We were offered a studio apartment with a washing machine, kitchen and two balconies. The rooms are very clean and cozy, the staff is polite and friendly. During the stay, the rooms were cleaned, towels were changed. Many thanks to the staff, for the table, the reverent attitude towards the guests♥️

A terrible place, the staff is rude, towels are stained, repairs are the cheapest. Well, the peak of it all is a huge number of ants. We left food in the refrigerator and juice on the table, as a result, ants everywhere. The ants also got into our things and were in bed.
