I would like to express my gratitude to Ekaterina Andreevna Petukhova, a doctor, and everyone else involved in the birth of our son on December 9 in this beautiful maternity hospital. The first two deliveries were in the 3rd maternity hospital (which I can't say anything bad about). But here at 2, of course, everything was at the highest level. We have been treating this maternity hospital since June 2024, so I gave birth for free. Everything from the emergency room to the discharge went perfectly. The prenatal department and the maternity hospital have recently been very well renovated, it seems that I gave birth somewhere abroad in a good paid center. It so happened that I was alone in the prenatal ward and in the delivery room (maybe I gave birth in the evening). The attitude of the doctors, midwives and everyone else was good, everything was told, everything was explained, I felt that I was in safe hands.There are excellent specialists in the postpartum department (they were on the 5th floor) and in pediatrics. They told me everything, prompted me. The food was very tasty and satisfying.
We had 4 moms in the ward. Shower and toilet in the room. The ward itself is very large and comfortable.

I was born here 28 years ago and in early December I gave birth to my baby, the first birth. She was admitted to pathology first and gave birth within a day. Everything is neat and clean, the food is very good in my opinion. I don't remember which doctor I gave birth to, but I was alone on the entire floor, it was comfortable, new repairs, a fitball, a shower, everyone helped. It was difficult to give birth with a narrow pelvis and a day in false contractions, they gave me another day after giving birth, they let me lie down without a child. It was a beautiful paid room for two, although I was alone most of the time. Of the specialists, I remember Party, Kiseleva and the neonatologist Gray - wonderful, as well as the electrophoresis doctor is wonderful. For 5 days I have not encountered rudeness from anyone. The disadvantages are uncomfortable mattresses and corridors without lighting. There were some nuances of recovery, but we managed it. The gynecological department employs professionals in their field. Friendly staff, doctors always answer questions, emotionally support, provide quickly necessary medical care. The room is clean, there is a comfortable mattress, an outlet next to each bed. They feed well (pink salmon fish, fruits, cheese, butter, seaweed, cottage cheese, meat). If you want a little more portion, no problem, they will put it (they did not refuse me). The showers are good, with excellent water pressure.

Today I attended 2 screenings at 2 maternity hospitals. I walked with caution and determination, as the first screening was disgusting. At the first screening, I went to the doctor Varlygo O.K., the attitude towards patients is disgusting, I came on time. I was constantly being rushed. The arrogance of a doctor has no limits. The attitude towards a person is of the 2nd grade. I left the office feeling like a tub of dirt had been poured on me!!! And today I was at the second screening at the doctor Ryabtseva E.G. - a doctor from God! Both the doctor and her assistant are professionals in their field. They explained everything and told me that my condition had improved dynamically (not a word was said to me at the first ultrasound!!!!! That something is wrong with me! I ask the management of the 2nd maternity hospital to note the well-considered and highly professional work of the ultrasound doctor Ryabtsev E.G. And to pay attention and take measures regarding the work of the ultrasound doctor Varlygo O.Whose attitude towards patients completely spoils the impression of such a prestigious Medical institution as the 2nd maternity hospital.

In 2022, I was lucky enough to give birth in another department of this institution. I can safely say that the observatory department is a great place to meet your child. Wonderful head Luchko Svetlana Alexandrovna, who is attentive to all patients of the department and the best professional in her field! The entire staff of the department is responsive, friendly and ready to help resolve all issues that arise. I wasn't going to write a review, but today I received another confirmation that I was treated badly after my birth. And in the end, I decided to leave my review in order to possibly warn someone. If it were not for the barbaric method of removing clots from my uterus, then this maternity hospital is 5 out of 5, and because of one department, the hand does not rise to put this rating. Although the maternity ward and the postpartum recovery department (4th floor) left me with only positive emotions. Unfortunately, I have trouble with names, and I didn't have time for that during contractions, and I didn't remember the name of the doctor and midwives.
But I am sincerely grateful to these beautiful women for their human attitude (night shift 07/25/24). Everything is as tactful and careful as possible. There were no problems with contractions, although I wanted to anesthetize, but, unfortunately, we did not have time. I had problems with attempts. I was very tired and my brain was not thinking at all, although I was preparing, I knew what to do, but even these elementary breathing actions did not work out for a while. Thanks to the doctors for their restraint, they did not shout at me, they helped me as much as possible. And at 8 a.m., my baby was born. Then I was in the post-graduation department. Also positive emotions. Doctors, nurses, pediatricians, nurses - all wonderful people, no rudeness. Anna, the midwife, especially fell into my heart. The kindest-hearted man. She was very supportive during the difficult period after the procedure. And many thanks also to the physiotherapist Natalia. You are an amazing person, without you I would have died that day. I am immensely grateful to her. The man is exactly in his place). The food is super. I still dream about oatmeal sometimes)I don't know how they make it there, but it's the most delicious oatmeal in my life) Many thanks to the women who brought food and fed my husband). You are wonderful). 4 days in this hospital were filled with happiness, although it was difficult in terms of recovery. And on the 5th day I had an ultrasound, it turned out that my uterus was contracting badly and I needed to remove clots. Of course, I panicked, it didn't sound very encouraging, but as it is. I usually calmly tolerate even painful manipulations. It is necessary, then it is necessary. But I didn't even know what was waiting for me. Now I really regret that I did not study the topic of postpartum recovery more thoroughly, what the uterus may not contract, and what should be done about it. Although I was very prepared for childbirth, but there was a gap, and I paid for it. I was lucky, without any slightest pain relief, these damn clots were manually scraped out. It was such a hellish pain, it's hard to even convey it. I would give birth again rather than relive those 10 minutes again. I screamed so hard that I think the whole hospital heard me. I begged for pain relief, but they didn't answer me. It didn't fit in my head how it was possible: after giving birth, I was offered anesthesia just to sew up the gap, and then I got such a procedure and nothing. Then I cried for almost a day. I felt brutally raped. The procedure was done by the head of some department (everything happened in the treatment room on the 3rd floor). There were some complaints on her part that I scared everyone away, but at that moment I didn't care, as long as it was over. I went back to my room and was just hysterical, I didn't understand how this was possible. I started Googling how it should be, whether there should be pain relief. Maybe it's OK, and I'm just such a sissy. But it's not OK, and I'm not a sissy. There should be painkillers. Then I remember that I have a doctor's contact from another maternity hospital, where I took a course in preparation for childbirth. I checked with her. And she expressed regret that I had to go through this, that such manipulation should be done under anesthesia. I cried even more from the realization that I was just being gutted. So the best period of life, as it was before that day, turned into a nightmare. I planned to prepare all sorts of nice things for people to whom I was especially grateful. I wanted to check out beautifully, put on a dress, style my hair, but I just forgot about everything, I didn't want anything. I flew only my heels sparkled just in long and cross-country. And most of all, I blame myself for not being able to stand up for myself, and I also apologized that it hurt me.

Intensive care: you have it like in a fairy tale :) nurse Inna is always on duty, everything is on time, polite, with absolute care, and thanks to her assistant on my shift day, she is also a wonderful person.
AFO: excellent medical staff department. Huge thanks to the senior nurse (always with a smile, ready to help in any situation, on the positive side), nurse Natalia:clearly, to the point and with humor, the head of the kindhearted.

Thanks to the doctor Tatyana Anatolyevna-You are wonderful, but you alone and several other nurses cannot bear the discontent and dismissive tone of the other nurses. In this department, when you politely ask for help or explain, you can get a dissatisfied face, a clucking or a pointing tone in response, which you are doing wrong again. The pay wards were occupied. I was lying in a free one. The free wards are also very comfortable: shower, toilet are all in the ward, comfortable beds, a spacious ward. There are refrigerators and a kettle in the hallway. Two midwife posts.
On March 3 , I went into labor at night . In the morning, after the examination, I was sent to give birth)
Then there were wonderful, just the best doctor and midwife in the maternity ward. The midwife who went with me all the way through labor. Midwife Shlyaga (I hope she spelled her last name correctly) is a wonderful woman, the support from her was tremendous. Doctor Butko is also a very good woman and a doctor, an expert in her field. They helped me avoid a vacuum for the baby. They communicated with me during childbirth and labor. They supported me, explained everything in an accessible way. Then I was transferred to the postpartum department. The child was taken away for the night, I was not against it) so that I would gain strength. In the postpartum department. I was in a paid single room, the room is good, it resembles a room in an apartment, if you really dig into it and look for cons, then the room lacked an outlet near the bed and a bidet. But this is not a problem, the extension cord was brought to me, and the rest is small things.
Svetlana, the head of Lagutko, a very pleasant woman, watched and constantly visited me. I was glad that she was the one who came. Unfortunately, it turned out that the child was taken to the intensive care unit. I saw support from the head, she also tried to calm me down, explained everything clearly and clearly, without unnecessary emotions. She also went to a meeting and helped me and my child get together faster at the second stage.
Good doctors and specialists also work in the intensive care unit. God bless you all, thank you for lifting my son to his feet. Please note quickly enough. We had (an intrauterine infection), the doctor always told us everything about the son's condition, what was what, explained, calmed down. It was allowed to express breast milk and visit the child.
Then we were transferred to pediatrics. Very responsible doctors. Unfortunately, I do not remember the full name of our pediatrician. (she was lying in room 408) But the attitude towards me, towards the child, was wonderful. She always listens, explains everything, took her time, carefully answered all the questions of our mothers in the ward there were two more girls, the pediatrician always explained everything well to them, it was nice to listen to her and communicate with her. The nurses there are good too. From the recommendations to the pediatrics department. To forcibly, just forcibly forced to ventilate the rooms. Since we did not find a common language with the girls in the ward, and we did not find time for ventilation, but fresh air is very important for newborns. Of course, I have several assumptions. We had no discharge, the child and I were transferred from the hospital to Mother and Child, we were there for a long time, besides the fracture, 3 nerves were damaged, which take a very long time to recover. Endless tests, injections, etc. Then the long-awaited discharge, then rehabilitation again... We are 9 months old now, almost recovered. Then I got into pathology, where everyone is also very nice and sensitive, but I did not have time to lie down in pathology because the waters broke and I was sent to the maternity ward
The maternity ward is generally some kind of space.Already at the entrance, everything is very pleasant, even the color of the walls evokes warm and pleasant emotions. The staff were generally some angels from paradise, they all came up, suggested how to breathe, offered a shower balloon, told everything, showed everything, everything went smoothly in childbirth, although it wasn't the first time I gave birth, but the first time, I didn't understand what was happening at all, and now everything was pleasant and calm. The head of the maternity ward is very nice, she knows exactly what needs to be done and the rest of the staff worked clearly and harmoniously. The baby was immediately put to her chest, everything was positive and with pleasant emotions.
Then there was the postpartum department with excellent medical staff, next to the pediatrics with the same nice workers who gave me a break and took my baby, washed her, fed her. At that time, they helped me get up and take a shower.
Since I have AFS, this also naturally did not go unnoticed and certain measures were taken to ensure that there would be no questions about blood.
And finally, the stitches, which I was afraid of like fire, the manager was sympathetic to my sensitivity, so carefully removed the stitches for me, I did not feel anything. In general, I can conclude one 2nd maternity hospital is the place where you need to come to give birth and understand exactly that these will be pleasant moments and the smooth work of absolutely all employees from managers to nurses. Before the start of work at 8.30 am, we were all standing outside, in front of the reception department. (I have never seen such a thing that people were held in front of the door of the emergency department.) Then we sat in the bark beetle for about an hour, waiting.
