Considering the situation, it is an excellent hotel in this part of the world. Yes, there was a flight and part of the building was destroyed, yes, there was not always hot water and heating, but there is a war going on, and here there is a clean bed, polite staff and delicious coffee in the vending machine on the ground floor.
We stay here regularly and satisfied.

Nice rooms, stayed on the 3rd floor. The rooms on the left are better, but also more expensive. Special thanks to the chefs. The food is homemade. There was a flight in January, the boiler room on the 6th floor was smashed. The hotel staff quickly solved the problem by using electric heaters

Great hotel!!! I was on a business trip from May to August!!! Beyond all praise! Friendly staff!! The kitchen is on top!!! I would like to return to this beautiful city!!! Gorlovka❤️
