I love Abkhazia!
Especially New Athos!❤️
In September 2024, we stayed at the Rodina 2 hotel and never regretted it. I liked everything! Even the construction site did not interfere...After dark, the noise stopped.
The food is monotonous, but delicious.
The staff is wonderful.
I especially want to say thank you to Margarita - she
saved my vacation, and Maxim. All the staff is sensitive and attentive.

We stayed at the Rodina - 1 hotel from August 30 to September 5, 2023. The building is located in a very good location of New Athos. The food is very good, everything is delicious, for which many thanks to the chefs, polite staff. And that's where the advantages end. The rooms have dirty carpets that are vacuumed, but they are old and stained, it feels like they have been lying on the floor for several years. Terrible sagging mattresses that have been covered up, but this does not save. There is no such disgrace anywhere else! The blankets are also very old and stained. Towels were not changed at all in 6 days. But the trash in the room was taken out daily. Just because of these mattresses alone, I don't want to go to this hotel anymore.

Good afternoon, everyone. I stayed at this hotel in June of this year. I arrived at 12:00 p.m., we checked in right away. I didn't even have to wait. The room is very nice. Big, new, everything works. And a shower, and a TV and a refrigerator. The room is on the third floor, with a balcony that overlooks the river.
I tried in the dining room, the food is just great. Everything is very tasty. All the canteen staff are very friendly. Thea, you're the best. Thank you.
At the reception, Margarita is always smiling, trying to help if there are questions. It is immediately clear that the person is in his place. Margarita - Thank you very much.
Unfortunately, I did not remember the names of all the employees. But...
I want to express my gratitude to everyone for a great rest and leisure.

We rested at the Rodina Building 2 hotel from 03.09.24 to 13.0.24. Before that, we were there in 2022. If last time I wrote a very good review, then this year I can't do it. 1. The price of this hotel has doubled and minus the lunches that were in 2022. 2. There is no information anywhere that the hotel has become non-smoking, and those who like to taste alcoholic beverages, keep in mind that they cannot be drunk in the room and on the territory. And more than half of the hotel ran outside with cups of coffee to smoke and were outraged that if there was information, they would not have come to this hotel. 3. The food in the dining room became just lousy, they cook on the dump. Maybe it was better in the summer, judging by the reviews and photos, but in September the food is terrible and this is not only my opinion, but also other vacationers. But the most unpleasant thing is that a garbage bucket was placed in front of the table with dirty dishes, where vacationers had to dump leftovers from their plates and then lay out dirty dishes, spoons separately, plates separately, etc. The vacationers were indignant, they said it was only necessary to wash the dishes. The husband put down a dirty plate, an aunt jumped out from the kitchen and yelled, "is it me, should I clean the plate?"There are people standing nearby who came for food and from the side of this waste. I asked at the reception to remove this garbage can and not be ashamed, they promised to figure it out, but they didn't do anything. Apparently, due to the construction of the third building, everything is in super economy mode and there are not enough staff. Uzbeks work in the building (they don't understand a word of Russian), apparently they don't want their own. I'm not a snob, but there are moments that poison the whole vacation like tar.

We rested from June 8 to 17, 2023, double standard, 1 building, overlooking the park) the location of the hotel is good, within walking distance of all attractions, shops, cafes, park.
The territory of the hotel is small, cozy, green, there is a small swimming pool with sun beds, gazebos.
The room is small but cozy, there is everything you need at a minimum (I lacked a locker with shelves and hangers to put things out, and so things were in a suitcase), garbage was cleaned every day, towels once every three days, and a bed once a week, plus rooms have a large balcony with armchairs, a table and a dryer The room also had air conditioning, a refrigerator, a TV (by the way, it did not work, contacting the reception did not lead to anything until I wrote to the hotline, they immediately ran and offered to move to another room), an electric kettle and 2 glasses.
The beach of the hotel is 5-7 minutes along the road with shops, there were enough sun loungers for everyone, even those who paid 200 rubles, and it's a real problem with umbrellas, there are very few of them and everything is broken, but there are many other beaches nearby.
The food in the hotel for 3 is a stretch, meager, not tasty (((again, there are cafes nearby, canteens where everything is much tastier, cafes on the riverbank, but the smell of sewage was felt, so we tried to look for a table closer to the pool with bleach))) dinner was from 17, but when I came once in 18, there was practically no food left., fish once in 9 days, fruits (oranges) 2 times, only meatballs were good, edible, lisma tea in bags, nescafe coffee in a jar.
In general, there are small pros and cons of the hotel, in general, a three for everything.

We just returned from the hotel, had a family vacation. I have never seen a worse service! I don't know where people get positive feedback from... In the rooms, well, it's less standard, but cleaning is just taking out the garbage! Even seeing that they didn't put toilet paper there, they had to buy it. Pillows, like two feathers, no! There are no hangers for outerwear at the entrance, everything was put on the couch... The dining room is "the height of my desires". There are no teaspoons to put coffee or tea at all! There are no trays, you run with every plate. There is no salt even on the tables! The food is very poor, canteen of the USSR. Men and children have nothing to eat at all! They give stewed beetroot with two peas of corn for dinner, some kind of sour stewed cabbage, which of these is there??? And the cherry on the cake is that people come up to the table with dirty dishes themselves and have to put food in a waste bucket! I'm just shocked! I have never seen such a thing even in the cheapest hostel! There's just a bucket of waste right next to the distribution, a big hint that clean up after yourself! Well, even by virtue of my upbringing, I did not clean up after myself on vacation. And 70 percent of vacationers did it. Don't set foot in this hotel anymore! In addition, there is a permanent construction site operating next to the hotel, plus an apartment building almost on the territory. All this creates a flavor that does not correspond to the statement Abhpzia is the land of the soul!

We had a rest in October 2023.
Building 2.The building is new,the territory is well maintained,the location of the hotel is just a delight.(near the sea,Park,Mount Athos,caves, bus stop, market 20 min)
But I will never come to this hotel again, as there is simply no sound insulation. Sleepless nights and mornings, just guaranteed here.
The breakfasts are decent, we went to dinner a couple of times, but decided that it was better to eat in a cafe of national cuisine.since we will eat noodles and pollock at home.
The administration has something to work on.

We had a rest at the end of September in building 2. The staff is polite, the rooms are not bad, everything is in the room. I wanted to write about the kitchen separately, I didn't like the food, there is no variety. There were over-salted dishes or very sweet porridges. There were no scrambled eggs or cottage cheese casseroles or cheesecakes for breakfast. The baking is monotonous. The hotel definitely needs to change the cook.

We are disappointed with the hotel, it does not match the photo. At the end of the season, I do not advise anyone to go and do not go any more. Service 0, meals 2, the pool is cold, dirty. The staff got tired of everything during the season, they need to go home the last few days, and then we drove off.. They don't even want to talk through their teeth. I would have thinned them out. So, I'm writing a truthful review, I couldn't pass it by and not leave it.
We chose a trip to my husband, quite slowly, we have something to compare with and we wanted to find conditions no worse than the previous vacation in Sukhum. The ticket price is still not cheap and expectations were overstated.
I'll start with +
-the location of the hotel (there is a large +) nearby everything looks civilized, there is a place to go to have a delicious meal, have fun, take a walk, look at the beautiful nature
-transfer (friendly driver, communicated positively and quickly drove to the hotel)
-The hotel has its own beach 250-300 m away, clean, lots of free sun beds, there is a bar (not free) Wi-Fi is distributed only so that you pay for drinks at the bar and then turn off
- clean the hotel hallway
THAT'S WHERE THE ADVANTAGES ENDED!
We got to the hotel late at night and went to the reception and saw the sleeping receptionist, well, maybe the person was tired, we all understand, but after she woke up her face wanted better
I even had to ask, did we actually get there? They haven't heard about hospitality here at all, and they don't know how to smile here either. But they provided two certificates, where each person needs to pay 200 rubles)))
Okay, let's go to the room with joy on foot to the 4th floor with things (there is no elevator) but after entering the room, the joy disappeared altogether
- The shower cabin is in the hallway, all the taps are in a raid, tied with some ropes to the wall, two bags of shampoo were lying on the shelf and a midge was flying.
- I had to put the blankets on myself, who got up from the road (it's not scary, but usually the bed is always ready before settling in)
- wallpaper and baseboards are shabby, torn in places
And the cherry on the cake, we paid 5,000 extra for the view from the room and the balcony, which wants to leave the best.... The table on the balcony is covered in bird droppings, like the sofa, I wanted to sit down, straighten the pillows, but after picking up these very pillows, the spiders ran away who where ... the floors weren't wiped there either for a very long time
QUESTION: is it worth 5,000??
Bottom line: Disappointment and feelings of losing money
As for the food, they are fed breakfast and dinner, the choice is very limited, but you can eat, ordinary food
I can't recommend this hotel🫠
Before choosing a vacation, look better, this hotel has a lot to strive for even at 3 *. Although 3* does not smell here

The hotel is divided into two buildings.
The first is an old building, and the second is a converted apartment building.
The dining room in the first building is located on the bank of a river from which there is a smell of sewage and coolness. And the second dining room, which is in the second building, is more modern and closed.
The hotel administrators are attentive to requests and respond quickly, but there are problems with the dining room in the first building.
When we checked in and came to have dinner in Building 1, there were a lot of flies crawling over the food, and the canteen staff did not even react to the pressure to cover the food.
As a result, on the day of departure, I poisoned myself in this "canteen" and lay with a fever for two days. I went to the ambulance (it's across the street) and they dug me up there. If I come here again, they'll lie.
The sea is clear there if it is not stormy. The beach has its own, but for extra money anyone can go there and take sun beds, it turns out that this is a common beach.

I really enjoyed my vacation at the Rodina hotel. The case is brand new! Everything is very clean and fresh. It is very well located, almost in the very center of New Athos. Excellent food - buffet, very tasty. There is a luxurious park with swans next to the hotel. The sea is within walking distance, about five minutes walk. All the sights are nearby. The window has a view of the mountains. The city of New Athos itself. Very clean, beautiful, hospitable, lots of great cafes. I will be glad to come here many more times - now this is my favorite vacation spot!!!!

We stayed at the Rodina Hotel in June 2024. We liked the hotel clean and cozy.The girls at the reception are very attentive and friendly.We arrived and were immediately settled, without waiting for the required 1400.The food was good.The choice is small, but everything is delicious.Thanks to the chefs!!! The baking is super!!! The maids cleaned constantly.Towels were changed every 2-3 days, bed linen too.Bathrobes are provided for the pool. Many thanks to all the staff!We'll come again!

The rooms are excellent, cleaning by appointment, garbage is taken out every day. Parking is 100 rubles per day. The food is very poor, but the quality is not bad. The pool was declared heated, we did not notice it. In general, we are satisfied with the rest. But, something needs to be done with nutrition: either completely abandon it, or somehow expand the diet.

I had a rest from May 20-29. The place is really convenient in relation to the sights, and that's it! This is where the positive moments end! The Abkhazian people are not friendly! Sullen, not friendly! The room was not cleaned, the bed was not changed, but for some reason they visited every other day, what were they looking for there? , it is not clear. Prices are everywhere,, frenzied,,, just whatever they want and they will say. They are not hospitable, rude, both men and women. It was the first and last time! I do not recommend it!!!!!

Everything is fine, but there are moments/
1. lack of opportunity to wash your hands in the dining room.
2. The beach is said to be private with amenities when selling, but there are not enough sun beds, since they are sold at the entrance by a beach guard and there is not enough space if you come after 9 o'clock.
3. Breakfast starts only at 8-30, it's late for us, since we used to leave the sea at 11-00.

I was vacationing with a child in September 2024, I liked the hotel, as well as the room, because after reading the reviews I was preparing what would be worse, we arrived at night at the reception there was a girl (I forgot the name) friendly, she even helped me lift my very heavy suitcase to the 3rd floor, thank you very much. The room was good, the TV was working, I set it up myself, the double bed, the mattress was normal, the shower did not leak, of course I would like mirrors in the room, not in the toilet, but okay, we are not in Turkey at 5 *...although for the money that I gave, I could drive to Turkey on fire. I liked the food in principle, the pea soup was delicious, vegetables, greens, cottage cheese with condensed milk for breakfast, pastries, chicken, etc., we caught rotavirus, in the kitchen the girls cooked porridge for us on the water, But I forgot to add, I did not understand what fee I paid for myself and the child 400 rubles, they said they would ask at check-out, but no one asked at the border, well, okay)) At the exit from the hotel there are many cafes and shops, I really liked the coffee shop almost opposite the hotel, awesome cakes and coffee, in principle I recommend the hotel, but not for that kind of money...The location is gorgeous, of course, we haven't even been everywhere, we didn't have time to go to the cave, I'll return to Abkhazia, but on my own, without a ticket.

We stayed at the hotel at the end of August 2023. We were very pleasantly surprised by the level of service of the hotel! Living conditions, food, beach, sea, territory and general atmosphere can safely compete with five-star hotels in Turkey!!! And what a beauty of nature!!! We had a rest from 05/23/30.05.
Now I'm reading reviews and, to put it mildly, I'm shocked, it feels like we were vacationing in different hotels and countries.
The hotel is wonderful, the staff is friendly, responsive, I did not need it, but they always came clean and tidy and the towels were fresh, they were changed every day, the bathrobes were clean on the hanger, the mirrors of the windows were always perfectly clean.
Now about the dining room, the food is delicious, we had enough, but the buffet is an understatement, as there is no such thing, let's say breakfast : cottage cheese, sour cream, two types of porridge, hot sandwich or omelet,
Dinner:two types of soup, two types of second, something from baking, but everything is delicious, home, thank you so much!!!!!
The hotel is located in the very center of the events of the same sea, and the park with swans went around in a circle...and magnolias, a monastery, a waterfall in a cell, a cave, a fortress...Everything is nearby .

Never!!! Never stay at this hotel. We went out together with my son on 16.08-24.08. We are not spoiled travelers, but this is the first time we see this. The staff (receptionist, maids, kitchen staff) are very unfriendly. They were not taught to say hello or smile. They enter the room as if they were at home without knocking. The food is disgusting. What kind of cook do they have there?!! It seems that the products are simple, but everything is inedible. The meat is either too salty or looks so aesthetically unattractive that it gets sick. For breakfast, boiled sausage is like plasticine. Porridges are sweet, which makes your mouth ache. Dogs sleep all over the territory all day, and after sleeping they howl and bark all night. The canteen is full of hungry cats. The guests all suffer from rotovirus in turn. The room is clean, renovated, everything you need is there. But the construction site is hammering from morning to evening. The beach is nearby. There were plenty of umbrellas and deck chairs for everyone. I asked to check out not at 12c, but at 15:00, so it was more convenient for the flight, they asked for 4 tr. I don't believe in any Abkhazian hospitality. Don't set foot here anymore.

We were in Abkhazia for the first time. At the Rodina Hotel, mentally. But there is a very small selection of food for breakfast and dinner. There is practically none. There are no spoons in the room, even on request they were not given. There is a kettle and 2 glasses (not mugs).
Nice pool. There were ants in our room on the 2nd floor.

We rested for 2 weeks in June. The impressions of the hotel are mixed. There are "cons" that I couldn't come to terms with.:
1. There is a large construction site nearby, noise and dust, they chop and hammer from 9 to 18. The balcony looked directly at the construction site.
2. Extremely uncomfortable mattress on a double bed, excessively soft, my back hurt to sleep.
3. The closet is small without shelves, only for hangers, and for 4 people on one hanger. All the clothes were left in the suitcases.
4. The carpet is old, gray, dirty, walking only in slippers.
5. The shower splashes in different directions, the watering can is inconvenient, the blinds do not close completely, so that the water after the shower is on the floor.
6. There are no towels for feet.
7. The pool is only deep (and really deep), there is no paddling pool for children. The pool project apparently assumed a bar, but instead of a bar, there is just an empty round part of the pool without water. We could make a frog house out of it for children.
8. There are no towels for the beach, use only on site.
9. Breakfast is a little late, at 8.30, when the sun is already baking and we should already be at the sea. It would be nice from 7.00.
10. Shampoo was only welcome upon check-in, they did not bring any more.
Of the "advantages":
1. Near within walking distance of the sights and the park, the sea.
2. The air conditioner worked without problems.
3. The food is not varied, but delicious. There is no fruit, once they gave sliced apples and peaches.
4. At the reception, Margarita works for everyone, she's great.With any question to her.

On August 17, 2024, we stopped at the Rodina Hotel. First of all, I want to thank you for the transfer. I would like to single out Omar, the driver of the Homer 047 minibus. A man does his job so dutifully. The bed is snow-white, as are the towels. The beach is relatively close to the hotel. Umbrellas and sun loungers are free on the beach from the hotel. Regarding nutrition: in principle, it's not bad. For breakfast there are always 2 types of milk porridges, cheese cheese (very tasty) boiled eggs, sausages, cottage cheese casserole, 1 type of pastry. Coffee, tea, milk, jelly, cocoa. For dinner there is always soup, 2 meat dishes such as pork stew, meat casserole. Boiled potatoes, 2 types of salads or just cucumbers or tomatoes. You will definitely not stay hungry. The whole meal is on the outdoor veranda. About the excursions. Be sure to visit the temple (just put on a dress, a scarf and trousers for men) after all, the temple and it's just a shame for the Orthodox that they don't know basic things. The caves are nothing interesting. For me personally. Visit Stalin's dacha. The waterfall is just a powerful view. And all this is within walking distance. In general, I advise you to stay at the Rodina hotel.

We are located in the second building. We thank the kitchen staff for the delicious food. There is not much choice especially for dinner. Soup (very tasty), two hot ones, two side dishes, one salad and pastries. There were not enough vegetables for breakfast and fruits. But the cook is 5+ for cooking.

We rested from 01.06-10.06 2023 in the 1st building , we really liked the courtyard, a nice clean pool. The hotel is excellent , the food was perfectly served at breakfast and dinner , the food is all steamed.porridge .soups . Fresh vegetables , fruits and berries . Arriving the second time, we were faced with a woman dissatisfied with life, who does not respect her elders, and was rude when we stopped at the hotel (like the chief administrator). Also, a bunch of dogs ran around in the late afternoon (from 5 pieces, no less), had fun right on the hotel grounds and screamed all night. Having arrived this season, the dogs were no longer there (including this receptionist), but a new bonus appeared: an abandoned old building that stood for itself began to be repaired during the season. It was during the season that they decided to beat the brains of vacationers all day. In three years, the food has not changed here. Pig food was served and is still being served. A woman who complained about poor nutrition was evicted today. This is not a joke. If you don't like something, you are thrown out of the hotel. If you stain a towel with coffee, or cut yourself, you can be charged 9,000. We also learned today from the residents of the hotel. The audibility is excellent, you can do an opera concert. Now I'm writing this review and I can hear the whole floor, besides the TV is screaming from the end of the corridor room. The staff are inexperienced boors. The maid bursts into her stall. We had a rest in this hotel from 18.05 to 22.05 together. The hotel has 2 buildings. We got the 2-TC building, there were three of us. The rooms are varied - from small rooms for two to family rooms. In our room, 3 beds were quietly getting up. 2 main and one additional (upon request, they immediately brought a mattress for an additional bed) the room is quite spacious. Snow-white towels and also give bathrobes for the pool. The pool is clean and warm! 2 meals a day are included in the price - the breakfasts are delicious and hearty! Dinner - we had it once - is quite tasty. The location of the hotel is ideal for walking - everything is within walking distance: a cave, a waterfall, a monastery. Lots of shops nearby. The sea is about 10 minutes away at a leisurely pace. The staff is helpful. Thank you for the peace of mind!

I definitely want to return.
The hotel is quiet for pensioners and families. The location is excellent, in the very center.
Before the trip, I read the reviews and had doubts about the food because there was no definite answer and of course there were doubts about the choice of this hotel.
I'll tell you this: the main category of vacationers is very tasty (judging by the way they eat).
If objectively, in principle, you will not stay hungry, even my little tooth pecked at something) . During the week, there were no hot repetitions: meatballs, stuffed peppers, fish, chicken, cutlets, goulash.
The food is certainly not luxury, but this is not promised. Everything is fresh and you definitely won't get poisoned.
The only fruits were only twice all the time (watermelons) and the cheapest instant coffee was not at all delicious.
The girls at the reception are very responsive and attentive. The guide at the hotel is an amazing girl.
There is a private beach, walk no more than 10 minutes. But it was often dirty and we went to the white beach and other toll booths further along the shore, where the water is cleaner.
We went on a boat tour , there you can see a lot of dolphins and swim in the clear sea, jump off the ship). We liked it
Of course, the nature and tranquility of this place are amazing.
I definitely recommend the hotel.

I had a rest from 08/27/2018 to 08/08/2024. Building 1. We were given a room with access to the construction site, which knocked from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., silence was from 12 to 13. And for hours and hours everything was noisy. The room is nice, renovated, there is a large mirror between the stairs. In the room: hair dryer, refrigerator, safe, TV. Linen and towels are changed frequently. Minus the disgusting pillow, flat as if it doesn't exist. There is no mattress pad, because with rotavirus or when you spill something, you will be billed from 4 to 6 thousand. They save money in the world, the lighting is poor. Food: breakfast, if you don't eat porridge and omelets, there is practically nothing to eat. The dinners are good. I was surprised that during the 12 days of rest, we were never given fish, they did not offer a glass of wine for dinner (they sell it at every step), they gave watermelon and apples twice from fruits, although the seasonal fruits were peaches, nectarine, figs, melon. Beach: it takes 8 minutes to walk to the beach, and you need to cross the road three times if you try twice. How to cross the road in the south?....you know yourself (they won't let you through , but they won't crush you either). The sea is gorgeous, warm, clean, it was dirty twice. There are enough sun beds, there are enough umbrellas, there are plenty of pebbles. There are no mattresses on the sun beds, firmly, at least they put them by the pools.
Positive: sun, sea, dinners, excursions.
Cons: the road to the beach, rotavirus, pebbles, breakfast.

The hotel is located in the center. There are beautiful views around.It takes about 10 minutes to get to the sea in the city. Private beach with sun beds and umbrellas. There is a nice bar with Wi-Fi on the beach. The hotel grounds are clean. Lots of greenery. Cozy gazebos. Swimming pool. Smoking areas. The rooms are standard, the furniture and bedding are new. There is a clothes dryer on the balcony. Breakfast and dinner on the veranda. There is a choice of 2 first and more second courses.The food is cooked deliciously.Free Wi-Fi is available in the hotel and on site.The staff is polite. Of the cons: there are no beach towels and no elevator.

I was vacationing with a friend at the Rodina Hotel (2nd building) in early October 2024. We were not satisfied with the accommodation. The hotel claims enough room cleaning services, but in fact nothing is done if you do not approach the reception and do not remind. The receptionists at the reception are generally a separate topic, for some reason they start arguing, bickering and do not always correct the situation for all comments and requests.
The food in the dining room is the most common and cheap, but it should be noted that in cafes in the city (and even in Sukhum) the food doesn't taste any better)
The hotel beach is not far away, but it is covered in small stones, it is very painful to walk barefoot.
In general, the pros are cheap, the cons are the level of service, the local business does not seem to be able to communicate politely with customers.

Abandoned and old buildings are certainly a bit shocking, but we were ready for this!You will see it all over Abkhazia!There were some small surprises waiting for us at the hotel! Everything was conceived and executed well once! There is a broken bedside table in the room, a palace that should have been changed already, a bed on which I just sat down a couple of times fell to the floor, it turned out there were not enough rails! And I would like to have more comfort in the bathroom! So before you use it, unfortunately, you need to inspect and check everything!This is the opinion of the majority of vacationers!The garbage was taken out of the room every day! Change of linen, towels, bathrobes, all without problems! The misunderstandings that arose with this during the check-in were successfully resolved!Everything was fine with us in the dining room, the availability of soups for dinner was even pleasantly surprised!Of course, the monotony was annoying! But there was also meat and chicken, mostly of course it's meatballs! The beach of the hotel is certainly not very impressive! This is a large number of sunbeds, you can not pass, there is enough for everyone, a bar, and a lot of burning garbage! If you want to spend your vacation well and comfortably, do not choose this hotel. In order:

- the official website does not specify which rooms overlook the construction site and which ones overlook the park
- meals for 2 out of 10 - the food is monotonous, tasteless, there is no choice. The dishes in the common dining room are washed poorly - there are traces of lipstick / food on the "clean" dishes
- room cleaning is declared daily, in fact - the garbage was taken out and vacuumed once
- the room itself is small and uncomfortable: there is no closet / shelf for shoes, shower at the entrance in the hallway, mattresses are collapsed
- the water in the shower: if it gets hot, you are very lucky, in general it is difficult to swim
- access to the common dining room in beach clothes is prohibited, you can be deployed at the entrance, and people in the same clothes can be passed behind you (how it works is unclear)
- service: the girls at the reception do not perceive feedback, they will prove the opposite to you and poke at papers
The impression of the hotel is disgusting, we will definitely not return and will not advise anyone

Honest 4 stars. One of the advantages is the beautiful territory, friendly staff, cleaned the room every day or every other day. Clean bathrobes, linen, spacious room. On the downside, the neighbors can be heard very well, but it didn't bother us, we only slept there. The room was on the ground floor with a view of the backyard, where the stinky river flows) Breakfasts and dinners were included, but we have never been there, so I won't say anything about the food. We had a vacation with my wife from September 7 to September 17, 2023. Building 1. I will try to give an objective assessment of the hotel for the period of stay.
1. The location is very convenient. Almost all the sights are within a 10-15 minute walk. Caves, monastery, Stalin's cottage, waterfall, small markets, cafes - all within walking distance. The sea is 10 minutes away.
2. The contingent. At the time of the stay, the average age of vacationers is 50+. About 20 percent of young people (under 35 years old). The rest are aged people. Therefore, it is preferable to stay in a hotel for people who prefer a calm, quiet holiday.
3. Rooms. Small but cozy enough, there is a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, double bed, wardrobe in the room. The toilet and shower are separate. The water was not turned off during the stay, as well as the light. There is a safe in the room, but the receptionist warned that it is undesirable to use it, because it may close and it will be problematic to open it. The sheets in the room were changed every five days, towels every three days, garbage was taken out daily.Toilet paper was replenished daily.
4. Nutrition. Breakfasts and dinners are quite normal. There will be no special delicacies, but the food is of the local type. Seafood and fruits are not worth counting on, but the rest of the food is quite tasty and nutritious. For those who want to eat lobsters, lobsters and pineapples, it is advisable to look for another hotel. An interesting observation: several times vacationers from the 2nd building tried to come to dinners and breakfasts in the dining room of the first building. Therefore, the food there is so-so. By the way, from conversations with the service staff (and women working in the service are very observant), an interesting fact was discovered: especially fastidious vacationers in the dining room prefer to brew "Doshirak" in the room, leaving a very specific smell in the room and crumbs on the floor. As they say: who likes what.In general, nutrition can be rated at 4+.
5. The pool is made in the form of a violin, about 10-12 meters long. The depth in the narrow part is -40 cm, in the wide part -1.5 meters. Not heated, but clean, The water is cool, refreshing, invigorating. There is a chlorine smell, but this is typical for all outdoor pools.
6. The territory. Small, but well maintained. Some of the park sofas are shabby, there are violations of the upholstery. In general, this is not essential, but it is desirable that it be fixed.
In general, the hotel deserves a 4++ rating.
