+ Quiet area, cafe, modern design, good plumbing, good bed linen and mattress. Excellent water pressure and a comfortable shower head.
- 3 cockroaches were killed during the stay. When we checked in, there were ants on the table (partially removed by the staff), but they still crawled on the floor afterwards. The smell of sewage is present in the bathroom. When the lights are turned off, the generator is not provided in the hotel - there is no water in the morning (8-10 hours).
+- We had cleaning every 3 days, the insects somehow survived it :)
In general, the hotel and staff leave a pleasant impression, but there are nuances that need to be addressed.

I've stayed here for work probably 10 times.
Clean, neat. Friendly staff, large clean pool. In summer, it's great to swim in the evening after work achievements. They say they even warm it up in the off-season, but I didn't dare.
Separately, it is worth noting the cafe - it is excellent and delicious.

I was on a business trip in late September, early October.
We stayed at this hotel.
We arrived in the evening, Vladimir, the owner of the hotel, met us personally, helped us bring things to the rooms, showed us where breakfast is taking place.
Breakfast;
The breakfasts are hearty, it is better to order in the evening if you do not want to wait in the cafe.
Lunches;
Because we worked all day, lunch turned into dinner....
Supper;
This is what you've been waiting for all day))
It is also advisable to order it by the time.
I usually don't take pictures of food, but I couldn't resist here, the fish is good, and dry white wine is even better)
Solyanka in Abkhazian, this is not a St. Petersburg solyanka)
Beef in a frying pan-I recommend it.
You can get to the city by taxi, you can also order through the hotel.By the way, the hotel provides a car rental service (we found out about this before leaving)
For the record, the riding of the locals is peculiar, its own manner, which you do not want to get used to.
You can walk from the hotel to the sea by road, in general it takes 25 minutes (in season there is a shuttle service, its own beach)
There are also bicycles.
I liked the hotel.
