+ Quiet area, cafe, modern design, good plumbing, good bed linen and mattress. Excellent water pressure and a comfortable shower head.
- 3 cockroaches were killed during the stay. When we checked in, there were ants on the table (partially removed by the staff), but they still crawled on the floor afterwards. The smell of sewage is present in the bathroom. When the lights are turned off, the generator is not provided in the hotel - there is no water in the morning (8-10 hours).
+- We had cleaning every 3 days, the insects somehow survived it :)
In general, the hotel and staff leave a pleasant impression, but there are nuances that need to be addressed.

I've stayed here for work probably 10 times.
Clean, neat. Friendly staff, large clean pool. In summer, it's great to swim in the evening after work achievements. They say they even warm it up in the off-season, but I didn't dare.
Separately, it is worth noting the cafe - it is excellent and delicious.

A wonderful hotel! A gorgeous pool with mineral water. Great rooms. Daily cleaning service. Expensive bed linen. Its own equipped beach. Baths. The restaurant's cuisine and service are at your level! The staff is pleasant, polite and responsive. I recommend it to everyone! !

I was on a business trip in late September, early October.
We stayed at this hotel.
We arrived in the evening, Vladimir, the owner of the hotel, met us personally, helped us bring things to the rooms, showed us where breakfast is taking place.

The breakfasts are hearty, it is better to order in the evening if you do not want to wait in the cafe.
Lunches;
Because we worked all day, lunch turned into dinner....
Supper;
This is what you've been waiting for all day))
It is also advisable to order it by the time.
I usually don't take pictures of food, but I couldn't resist here, the fish is good, and dry white wine is even better)
Solyanka in Abkhazian, this is not a St. Petersburg solyanka)
Beef in a frying pan-I recommend it.
You can get to the city by taxi, you can also order through the hotel.By the way, the hotel provides a car rental service (we found out about this before leaving)
For the record, the riding of the locals is peculiar, its own manner, which you do not want to get used to.
You can walk from the hotel to the sea by road, in general it takes 25 minutes (in season there is a shuttle service, its own beach)
There are also bicycles.
I liked the hotel.

Wonderful! Cozy, clean, without fuss ... you can apply a lot of epithets and still there will be little. There will be dissatisfied people, but these are just excessive demands. In its segment, it's what you need. It is always clean not only in the room but also on the territory. Food can be ordered, it will be cooked delicious, but only this is on request. The staff is competent and responsive. I was surprised. The water is of high quality and taste, it comes directly from the well where a lot of people come to collect home in all kinds of cans, buckets, etc., and here directly from the tap. After two monthly visits, I was very satisfied. Thank you. I was not interested in the distance to the sea (I was by car), but you can walk along a shady road for about 1.5 km, Or 4 times a day the hotel organizes transport in both directions. Yes, and all this at a distance from populated noisy areas is what you need on vacation

A great place for lovers of a quiet, cozy holiday away from busy trails and tourist bustle.
In the hotel restaurant you can have a delicious meal or hold a corporate event. There is a shop nearby where you can buy everything you need.
The sea is not within walking distance, but a morning walk will give you a boost of cheerfulness and energy for the whole day. In the afternoon and evening it is better to get to the beach by transport.
I advise you to buy special shoes, as the pebbles are quite large.
A wonderful hotel for a family holiday, where you want to return.

We are currently relaxing in this cozy hotel. We are very glad that we chose to stay here! Clean, beautiful, room! Gorgeous pool with spring water👍 There is a cafe on site. Cook Irma is just a smart girl, she cooks very tasty! Nearby there is a cheburechnaya, where they cook very tasty chebureks, khachapur, pizza, boats, and also make very delicious coffee! The sea is far away, but the owners kindly provide a transfer, But the beach is quiet, there are almost no people, pine trees grow on the shore. Very beautiful. For a family holiday, just an excellent quiet place! The owners of the hotel are kind, helpful people!

We had a vacation with my wife in August 2023. We got there by accident, through an island, and did not regret it. The hotel turned out to be modern with well-equipped rooms. It is located away from noisy streets and establishments with a beautiful wild beach and pine trees along the shore, in the shade of which you can relax on the grass. There is a swimming pool for children and adults on the territory. You can eat in the cafe of the hotel - it is very tasty, lunch, breakfast and dinner are prepared according to your order (with a pleasant price). At any time, you can also have a snack with fresh pastries and delicious local compotes. The store has groceries and household goods as needed. The hotel is located on the territory of a spring with the purest water. Birds sing in the morning (very nice at breakfast).

In general, we are satisfied with everything, the only negative is the smell of sewage in the rooms, probably they did not think through the ventilation. There is a swimming pool, baths, barbecue area, parking, cafe and shop.

We celebrated a friend's anniversary in this hotel. We stopped by a large company - and there was enough room for everyone. There were married couples, singles, and a family with children. On the territory, in addition to the hotel building, there are also guest houses with all the equipment (and even peacocks in the yard). Very responsive staff, incredibly delicious food in the cafe and a shop where you can buy everything you need. I especially want to mention the complex of baths! For those who like to steam, then sit in a cool barrel and immediately cook a barbecue on the veranda - I highly recommend it!!!! The rooms are clean, equipped and very modern. The sea is about one and a half kilometers away, but they organized a transfer for us, the beach is also gorgeous. In the evening, you can swim in the heated pool. We will definitely come back!!!!

We found ourselves in the village in the middle of a terrible thunderstorm with a tent, when lightning illuminated everything around, and the lights suddenly turned off throughout the village. Fortunately, we were lucky to find a decent hotel, where the owners, despite the late hour, helped us to stay. They provided a cozy spare double room, where the three of us were perfectly accommodated on the same bed. After a night in the tent, the soft mattress seemed like a luxury to us, although the storm did not abate, and the bed vibrated all night. A night in safety cost us 5,000 rubles, but it was a reasonable price to pay for peace of mind in such a storm.

I was surprised by the pool, it is large, high quality, heated, illuminated. The rooms are clean and cozy. There is everything you need. Safe, refrigerator, minibar, shampoo. And the robes are made of pure natural cotton. In general, mattresses and bed linen deserve special attention- the quality is very high! I have never seen such a person anywhere. Very responsive management. It is far from the sea, in principle. There is an atmosphere. The beach is clean, sandy, sparsely populated. There is a thermal hot spring nearby, but it is not very hot there in summer, since the water is hot and the air is hot.The hotel is all-weather, so in winter I will go swimming in the hot thermal springs. I came here for work a couple of days ago. I'll still be here for a couple of days.
The place is gorgeous) I leave in the morning, come in the evening, as if I had settled in for the first time. Clean, cozy. Comfortable.
Nice people, very friendly and kind. Attentive. They cook delicious, sparing no effort, despite the fact that it is hot in the kitchen, summer is still.

It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the sea. The sea is clear.
