We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during spring. Very cosy hotel, rooms are clean, the personal is kind, friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast is also good. The most important, the price for this hotel was cheaper compared to other hotels of this class.

Everything is fine. They settled in. All wishes were fulfilled. Clear. Room cleaning every day. Breakfast from 9 am to 11 am. Tea, instant coffee, and very tasty sweets are on the table. Upon request, in 5 minutes you will have delicious porridge, wonderful pancakes with sour cream or jam. Fried egg. Good cottage cheese
All in the quantities you want. No one has limited
The price is the quality of the hotel, the best!!!
Near cafes, shops, there is even a hookah bar. University Boulevard is within walking distance. It goes out to the monument to Amir Timur.

Out of 3 days. Three times as scheduled at 21 o'clock, everyone goes to bed. There is no light. Until morning. So we don't stay for long walks.

We chose this hotel because of the pool, although we considered others with a cheaper price and a higher rating. We promised the child that he would be able to swim in the pool, we arrived, and he was without water. No one warned about this. But our misadventures did not end there. We took a suite on the 3rd floor, there are only 2 of them, and very noisy neighbors lived in the next one (2 girls and a man) they drank and listened to music all night without stopping, no requests helped, and the hotel staff didn't care, and since the walls were cardboard, we heard every sound and didn't sleep all night The night. It's 20 minutes to the center and believe me, it's not at all close as they say in other reviews. The breakfasts are meager. There is no mirror in the room except for a small one in the bathtub, so be prepared that you will not see yourself. There was no remote control from the TV, when they asked, they brought a broken one.
The only plus is that it's a pretty pleasant area.

It was a horror- don't consider the review biased, I'm not too picky. I paid for a suite for two days for 129 dollars on the May holidays, and I was brought to a small room even without a bathroom!!! Yes, the employee apologized, there was a mistake, I said, they returned $ 29 to recalculate the cost. It turned out for $ 45. The next day they moved to the "suite", well, I won't quibble. I have never seen such meager breakfasts.. That's horrible. As it turned out, there was porridge, but I was not offered. On the first day, I waited for pancakes 20 minutes later, when I tried to eat boiled eggs, the staff just chatted on the phone in the hallway. The pool has been poured since June, as it turned out, and I wanted to go there because of him. The audibility is wild, the floorboards creak, I haven't slept all night. I do not recommend this hotel. The rest is terribly spoiled.

It is a very unusual option for those who rarely travel to regional centers.
A homely atmosphere, a huge dining room. All that's missing are the stuffed animals on the walls and the fireplace, and then you could feel like Henry. It is extremely difficult to get into rooms on the 3rd floor. It is better to settle down with children below. There is a large kitchen. In general, a great option for a family.
Nearby there is a park and a square for walking and a couple of normal restaurants.

We were in the middle of October 2023. There was no water for two days. We lived on the 3rd floor. Terribly creaky floors. The breakfasts are monotonous, but we ate enough.

People don't take this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!! We lived in this hotel for 3 days, if of course you can call it a hotel, this is a hostel for homeless people. We took a suite, it feels like Temirlan has seen this furniture before. The room is smoky, in the bathroom, it is combined with the toilet, there was such a smell of stagnant urine that all the days we had a window open there. Breakfast, this is one egg, paper sausage, curly cut. The house is falling apart, it feels like it was built and now everyone is trying to survive. The floor in the hall is rotting, it is clear that moisture got in, in general, the house looks like a gypsy mansion, it is expensive and rich. The whole place smelled of food, smoke.
And the most interesting thing happened to us on the last day, when we came home, we had to pick up things, wash, we were offered to take off our shoes and go to the second one. To go barefoot, they say, the floor was washed in front of the guests, and our room was already being cleaned, although it was paid until the next day
Don't ask why they didn't move out right away .....
But even I won't advise such a shack to the enemies

The hotel is not a hotel, but a guest house.In a quiet street, silence is his huge plus.The territory is green, not very well maintained and at the end of April the pool is not filled and looks shabby, not like in the photo, although many people rent a hotel just because of this.The house is large,high ceilings,2 floors, the first floor is a living room, there is breakfast until 11-00, a mini table with snacks and pancakes or porridge - the girl cooks with you.An unpleasant manager, does not normally treat criticism about the malfunction of something in the room.And not very friendly.The house itself has been in need of cosmetic repairs for a long time,2nd floor polyulbks at the ball number 1.Quiet,soft beds,not new-looking bed linen,cleaned every day, changed towels, give water, especially without complaints, if the house is suitable for vacationing Registan Square 30 minutes on foot,so we took a taxi .

I really remember the hotel for the terrible conditions!!!
Terrible dirt, obviously no one has heard about room repairs here. Dirty walls, everything is shabby. Garbage behind bars (bundles, cans).
they breathed only dust in the room, no one vacuums the carpet (with children they categorically do not advise)
This is not a hotel, but a guest house, it pulls in 10 dollars a day, probably not 60!!!

It's not a hotel, it's a guest house. We lived on the third floor. The rooms are clean, I clean well, shampoos, bathrobes, slippers, hair dryer are all there. There are no kettles in the rooms, but you can take boiling water on the ground floor, there is also a kitchen you can use. The floors in the rooms on the third floor creak a lot, they walk in the next room, everything is audible, the insulation is weak. The staff is very nice and friendly, you can see that they are trying.

Hostel for guest workers.
An outlet sticking out of the wall with bare wires in the bathroom, toilet paper "sandpaper from Naberezhnye Chelny", a dirty pool, a non-working toilet, shabby walls, a flowing sink, carpets in the room that have not been vacuumed for years. The whole family is tired of coughing here, but we are not allergic. Behind the battery, bottles and cigarette packs, we asked for three days to remove this stuff, they don't care. The manager's hypocritical smile is shocking. Not a working TV, hardly working Internet, barely asked for registration, a sofa for a child such that the child begged to be allowed to sleep with us on the bed. Everything is here for show, they say, there is everything, but in fact there is nothing.
The socket was stuck in another room, which we refused. The hotel is called Rohat SUITE. Clowning.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. It is located off the road. Quiet and peaceful. The yard is neat, there is a swimming pool. You can relax both in the shade and in the sun.The rooms are clean, there is a bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer and soap accessories.
