Definitely the worst institution in Abkhazia. We were at this place on August 10, 2024, in the evening. Unpleasant waitresses and dirty sofas were immediately alerted, but the child really wanted rolls. At about 6:50 p.m., we ordered six different sets of rolls. After more than an hour, we asked the waitress where our rolls were. As we understood, they did not even begin to cook them, we were told that their priority was delivery, not visitors. I suspect that in fact the waitresses simply forgot about our order, because the rolls were brought to the people who came later than us. The waitress brought us the bill for drinks, she refused to call the manager of the establishments. This diner stole an hour of our time and left us hungry. Due to the stupidity and unprofessionalism of the waitresses, the evening was ruined. I have heard a lot about the Abkhazian service, but before that there had never been any problems with service in Abkhazia. It is very strange that a fairly expensive institution treats customers so indifferently. I strongly recommend avoiding this cafe. The positive reviews about him are of the same type and clearly paid for.

When we were walking along the avenue, we saw this institution, decided to come home to read the reviews and think about whether to go, the reviews are quite good, we decided to go. We came in the evening, the waiters were there, but as soon as we entered, no one met us, we took the menu ourselves and the table, respectively, too, ourselves, then they came up to us, made an order, took 2 types of rolls, used mojito, burger. We did it quickly enough, but we were confused by the fact that we came together, and the rolls also had 2 servings, they brought us on one plate, they didn't even bring additional plates, they gave us only when they asked for it, the rolls were tasteless, small, then they brought a burger, doubtful, but better than a burger, and about mojito to say, only that soda with a small amount of syrup and ice. But why am I writing this, we are poisoned. 1.5 hours after visiting this institution, the stomach began to ache, nausea, I will clarify that we did not eat particularly heavy food that day and went there for dinner, after which we went home, as a result, the whole night, and the next day we lay with poisoning, that's our honest review, we do not recommend this the establishment.

A cool place in the center of Gagra. I don't know who cooks, but they should give him some kind of culinary award.
Delicious salads, burgers, cream soups, that's it.
It's like you can even come specially or make a small detour to have lunch or dinner.

It seemed like everything was delicious, but what started after a couple of hours was terrible. Rinsed as soon as possible🤢 We went away for several days, cleansed the body. I vomited only the first night, but it just had a strong effect on the microflora. And this is not rotavirus, but poisoning.

Sushi is very tasty!Big in size!Portions of 8 pcs.But it's expensive.However, considering that in Gagra these are either the only ones, or there is 1 more sushi cafe, then this is forgivable.We will definitely visit you again when we are in Abkhazia.

We ate pasta and pizza with my wife on the first day. The next day, my wife was vomiting and her temperature was rising. They blamed it on rotovirus at first, but when she was ill, I decided to go and eat alone, since it seemed delicious and I didn't have to go far. As a result, this is not a rotovirus at all, but a real poisoning! We were rinsed very much, personally I had a temperature of 38. I strongly advise against visiting this institution!🤮🤮

There was a long serving, the taste of 3 dishes, one toilet with a bad handle, it could not be opened from the inside, I had to ask someone. Despite the latest reviews, we went on the recommendation of the locals. And we really liked it. I was even upset that we found this place at the end of our vacation.
The food was delicious, there were a lot of dishes, and the waiters came up quite quickly, even when outside. My personal recommendations: beef burger, california rolls with crab :)
In fact, there were dishes that did not go in, but as practice has shown in Abkhazia, everyone fails to cook them (caesar is not Caesar/ overcooked nuggets)
Otherwise, it went very well for me. At least their burgers and rolls are delicious. I personally haven't tried it, but according to the family's reviews, I liked the corn soup, mussels and pasta (like with seafood)
And, of course, a large portion 😅 in Moscow, they used to take 2 servings of something, and here there is sometimes a lot of 1
So if you are in Gagra, it is definitely worth considering this place to visit :)

Very tasty rolls, I haven't tasted better even in Moscow!!! It is unexpected that this dish is cooked so amazingly in Abkhazia! Everything else is also very tasty, the portions are large. Prices are the same as in other similar places. It's just a pity that there are few waiters who can't do their job if there are a lot of people, because they also complete the delivery, plus to all this, only one person prepares rolls and of course the waiting time increases. I understood that rolls are made only here, and there are a lot of deliveries, they even take them to Pitsunda)))

Waiting for a salad for 40 minutes, sitting with empty plates for 15 minutes, wok 1:10-1:15, seafood pasta (which cook for 7-15 minutes) for more than 1.5 hours (although what to cook there is a question time). Priority is cooking for pickup. In Caesar with chicken, the chicken is completely over-dried (chicken fillet, which is fried for several minutes), of course, no one warned that they were busy. We have limited time. But I watched my friends eat) very nice))) she left hungry and angry, refused pasta - there was no time to wait at all, they literally ran away. But in principle, Caesar with over-dried chicken was nothing like that.

We visited this cafe in May 2024 and decided to take coffee with us.
However, when they opened the glass, they realized that it was an absolutely disgusting drink. The taste was simply unbearable, so I had to immediately throw this stuff in the trash.

I didn't like the place at all, although the receptionist at the hotel advised us. Burgers for three, the bun is dry and too toasted, which kills all the taste and juiciness. It is impossible to eat Caesar with shrimps: the shrimps were burnt (they put the presentable side on a plate, and the reverse turned out to be all black), too much sauce and cheese. Nuggets are the most common frozen semi-finished products. The service is very long.

There are quite a lot of seats - on the outdoor veranda, in the hall, and in the basement. We were looking for sushi in Gagra. They said go to Roll& Burgs. Well what... I definitely recommend it!
We ordered a Set of Apsny (we thought it was kind of exotic). But sushi exceeded all expectations. Tanuki is no longer a cake!
Burger Gourmet came in with a bang! (they give disposable gloves).
Lemonade - children rated it 5!
There are two halls in the restaurant, on the ground floor - 1st floor. they smoke, it's better with children on the ground floor.
