We had a rest with a friend on 11/24/2024.
I don't even know what 2 stars are for, I think for clean places, the speed of order submission... and probably everything, and well, their cheesecakes are good, I would say 8 out of 10.
Pizza for 3 out of 10, not dough, but pita bread or flatbread tasteless and thin, tough; no sauce, simple cheap tomato paste; filling... Well, the usual salami and mushrooms, though terribly thin.
Coffee, here I put 0 out of 10. I took a latte, it turned out to be tap water, it is impossible to drink.
A friend took a morse, it was also disgusting, both to him and to me.
Cheesecake, as 8 out of 10 wrote, is too sweet, so I took off 2.
There are a lot of people, it's noisy, the waiters either don't go or they don't, you need to take the order and pick it up yourself.
In any other city, such an institution would either have gone bankrupt or been ousted by competitors, or would have operated as a snack bar in the suburbs. But here we have what we have.
PS: I will add that there are really no dishes, the cakes were given on plastic dishes (?) and with a plastic fork and knife (which does not even cut). Thanks for not using a shovel. They didn't give anything for pizza, I suppose, so that they could eat with their hands.
Of course, the food in sashimi is not better, but at least they give dishes there.

Rolls, sushi are gorgeous😋🤩the products are very fresh - fish, eel and all the other ingredients are similar👍I had a lot of fun😋🥰
Everything was also neatly and well packed, even brought 20 minutes earlier than the specified time, before that the delivery guy called back and asked if it was possible... polite, pleasant delivery guy🏅
In general, in comparison with the first years after the opening, the quality has increased significantly👌

The only thing that was advised was to make the pizza cakes thicker, it's just that sometimes the pizza comes out a little dry due to the cakes. The hall is always clean, the guys who work in the hall are great. It is very important that there are no foreign odors in the establishment and the room temperature is always normal, since the air conditioners work. I like the Roll.lg chain itself, it has a good name and all their establishments are made with a taste of style. Everything is beautifully done outside the building and around, the rolls are delicious, which they should be. But why such a low score, you ask? And the thing is that all the tables at this point are standing so that you will constantly feel as if you are sitting in the aisle, people in jackets will constantly walk next to you, whoever comes in from the street or does not come out, he will pass you by, in this regard it is just terrible.
I looked on the Internet and figured out the question, this is specifically how tables are set up in fast food places so that people are not comfortable and they quickly eat and leave. Absolutely not customer-oriented. In cities with millions of people where there is a lot of traffic and establishments may not think about people coming twice, this works, but in a city like Lugansk this system does not work. It's like sitting at a bus stop eating.
I will definitely look at this point not with my foot, as the point is being reshaped.

It's completely unsanitary, and I'll contact the appropriate authorities. I asked the administrator for a complaint book, and she was rude to me, and I'm terribly angry. The three of us arrived as a family on Saturday to relax, the time was 15:00, there were no free tables except for small, round ones near the cash register area. No one said this at the entrance, we had to go around all the halls in search of a place - large tables for 6-7 people were occupied by couples, for about an hour and a half (all the time we were there), a group of schoolchildren sat at one of the tables with phones with one cocktail and one coffee on the table, the second huge table was occupied by a family of two adults and a child, where parents were drinking coffee, waitresses are not doing anything else except wiping tables, soy sauce had to go looking, again, around the hall. During the order acceptance, the cashier Elizabeth just took the receipt in the middle of the order and went to look for a package with a ready order, without completing to accept mine...
