Good time of day. I took Vito's Mercedes for a sightseeing trip with friends. I applied to this company for the first time, but I was satisfied. The service is excellent, the machine is also good (does not creak, does not knock, does not rattle, soft, spacious, well-groomed), there were nuances regarding the paintwork, but the guys all honestly pointed out all the flaws!
There were a couple of questions during the trip, but again, those support worked perfectly!
Perhaps the only negative about the car, I can only say the "bald" rear wheel because of this, the car was always driven to the right, but on inspection I was pointed out to this.
In general, I highly recommend the company, the guys are responsible and will always go to meet the client. And there are no complaints about the car. I want to say Thank you very much for your help, support, service and work! I will definitely appeal to the guys again!

I was looking for a car for long-distance business trips. There were several phone calls to rental companies. Everyone offered their own terms, but Rolls Rent eventually became our landlord. The company always answers the phone and gives answers to a thousand, even sometimes stupid, questions. There are no problems with early booking of cars, the model range is quite diverse. And the most important thing is the "Unlimited" for the tenant. The only big moment: sometimes the complete set of cars can get empty on a long trip. But this is a matter of chance.
We took a Polo for a trip to St. Petersburg and back. For 1900 km, the car did not fail, and there was confidence that the company was monitoring the car and conducting timely maintenance.
There are still a few distant settlements to go to. So this is not the last rental.

I took the car for 3 days. Upon arrival at the reception, the specialist informed him that he needed to pay another 35 rubles for the sink. There is no such clause in the contract. Because of this, the whole impression was spoiled. I am attaching a photo of the car at the end of the rental period. I do not recommend it. P.S. I took a car with an additional payment for full insurance, and took the car for 20 minutes, looked at every old scratch. And finally, the car is trashed!)

For the first time in the Republic of Belarus, I studied car rental companies. I chose Rolls rent and did not regret it. Great guys. Everything is clear, understandable. I rented a Skoda rapid for 3 days. How a new customer got a discount. We made a compliment in the form of a bottle of water, wet wipes (very nice, thank you). The trip was wonderful. The car is in excellent condition. When returning the car, I additionally paid for the car wash. I hope it won't be the last time in Minsk, for a car only in Rolls rent.

They answered quickly , offered a choice of a car, and prepared for the trip...I came to pick him up and was extremely surprised by the quick registration, excellent service! The condition of the car, both technical and external, was in perfect condition!!! There were also gifts and additional bonuses, plus a customer card for discounts! Everything is very clear - well done guys! While still in Moscow, I booked a car on the website, and after a few minutes I was contacted on WhatsApp. We discussed all the details and dates of the lease, took the data for the contract, agreed on the time of acceptance of the car - when I arrived to pick up the car, all the documents were ready, the car was at the entrance, washed, with a pleasantly smelling interior :)
The staff are very polite and responsive - nice to do business!
The car is in decent condition, did not cause any trouble.

I used the services of the Rolls Rent team twice. With all the wealth of car rental offers in Minsk, I can say that they are the best. I needed a car to travel to Moscow. On the websites of many companies there is information about the possibility of traveling to the Russian Federation, but in fact everything turns out to be fiction. Only in the Republic of Belarus. I took a WV Polo twice, issued a green card in advance and ... drove without any problems.
The contract is prepared in advance, so the time for car acceptance is minimal, 10-15 minutes. The same goes for the change. The cars are good and inspected. The guys solve everything quickly, promptly and at a high level, are result-oriented, provide all the necessary support and respond to all requests. I didn't get around to leaving a review for the first time. And now, I express my double gratitude.

I took a VW polo. A pretty frisky car. Everything is working well. I was worried because I rented a car in Belarus for the first time, but everything is fine. The car was delivered on time, picked up without unnecessary red tape. I am satisfied, I will contact Minsk again. But, of course, gasoline is expensive, it has nothing to do with the company.

We took Vito's Mercedes for a company trip. Despite the fact that the rear speed was turned on the second time (but always turned on), I liked the car. I think that the company simply could not have predicted this, since in general the condition of the car was much better than the same Mercedes Vito, which our company took at the same time in another place. The suspension is normal, the rubber is normal Velcro, nothing creaks, the automatic door works perfectly, the interior is clean and tidy with normal skin.
Everything else regarding the pick-up and delivery of the car, paperwork, questions during the trip - everything is fast, timely and extremely cultured. In general, we are completely satisfied with the trip, thanks to the guys!
