We stayed at the hotel in early February. The hotel has the best possible location! We checked in at 8 a.m. at no extra charge. The room was a triple deluxe. Yes, I'm a little tired, but everything is very clean. There was a small gift - Turkish sweets. Good hearty breakfasts at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful - they asked various questions, they helped and explained everything. The only thing is that the child had a doctor, but they didn't congratulate him in any way. Although we ordered flower delivery for the morning through the reception the day before. And the employee himself asked us to be at breakfast by 9.30 - he said that they would bring out a cake with a candle. We came, the flowers were taken away- but there was no cake)). It's not critical, but usually all the hotels where we stayed were congratulated. Otherwise, it is really a very nice, quiet hotel, which is very well located relative to the main attractions.

A great hotel in the heart of Istanbul, clean, cleaned every day. Almost all the most interesting things are nearby: Topkapi, Hagia Sophia, Gulhane Park, Blue Mosque. There is a tram stop around the corner, which provides direct access to other attractions. There are also many good establishments within walking distance. You can make any request at the reception and they will help you. The price includes access to the spa center with a swimming pool, hammam, sauna and gym. A buffet breakfast with Turkish dishes, on request, separate dishes will be prepared: menemen, omelette, waffles, scrambled eggs, pancakes, porridge. You can also choose different coffee and tea

It's a beautiful hotel, decent breakfast, but the rooms are a bit small. The tram runs until 1:30 a.m., it may be uncomfortable for some. Since there are trams, the transfer stops at the side, you need to walk a little, but not critically. You have to go longer on excursions. Friendly staff, they don't speak Russian, but they try to explain everything. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

It's just my favorite hotel in Istanbul.
The hotel staff has been working here for 10-20 years, and the guests return many times. This shows that the hotel management takes care of its people!
The Ottoman style is expressed in the details of the interior, each room is decorated with a detailed replica of the shirts of the Ottoman sultans, it is a talisman and a work of art.
Even the bathrobes in the rooms are Ottoman-style, they are very pleasant, thin and great for visiting the hammam.
The hammam is clean, pleasant, and the pool is invigorating.
Aesthetics in detail: from reception to giving a compliment to the room and a note from the hotel management with a photo of your maid;)
Ideally located for exploring the city, it is impossible to get lost.
Good sound insulation, plumbing, soft mattresses and pillows.
I recommend the deluxe room category, not the simplest. The area is bigger and the view is better.
Be sure to take it with breakfast, they are excellent: buffet + a dish to order.

A very nice, clean hotel with excellent service. The price includes access to the spa area with a small but beautiful pool and sauna - after a busy day, it is very pleasant to spend the evening there.
You can also take an istanbul card with a deposit of 100 liras at the reception. And they will also help you with calling a taxi to the airport

We settled three adults in a double room - it was very crowded, but I didn't want to figure it out. The breakfasts are not very good. Otherwise a good hotel, clean, location in the very center.

Convenient location, five minutes from the hotel there are many attractions. The tram under the window did not interfere at all. Excellent, delicious and fresh breakfasts, buffet style. The staff is attentive. The spa, gym, uh, hammam are great. The Internet is brisk. There are many restaurants around where you can have a delicious meal. There is a park nearby for walking. We enjoyed staying at the hotel

A very cozy hotel. Polite and helpful staff, ready to help and advise on any issue. Delicious breakfast (buffet). Convenient accommodation: there are many attractions within walking distance. There is a swimming pool, although it is small. There is a sauna, hammam, fitness room. Great service, rooms are cleaned well.
I would come back here again.

We arrived at the hotel on 28.01.22. They welcomed us cordially, offered us a drink, quickly filled out questionnaires and escorted us to the room.The room is very nice and clean.Fabulous interiors.A comfortable bed, snow-white linen, how good it is to relax in it after returning from an excursion.I liked the breakfasts very much, delicious, varied, plentiful.The hotel celebrated my birthday, congratulated me at breakfast, and presented me with a cake.It was very pleasant.The hotel staff is friendly, smiling, ready to solve any problem.I especially want to mention the Russian-speaking girl.I helped with a lot of things.I definitely recommend the hotel.

I want to write a review about the wonderful Romance Hotel. The hotel is very conveniently located from the main attractions such as St. Sophia Cathedral, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace with Gulhane Park. They are a 5-minute walk away. 10 minutes to Galata Bridge and Suleymaniye Mosque. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The room is simply gorgeous in the Oriental style. It has everything. Good breakfasts every day. I recommend it to everyone.

Very convenient location, within walking distance of Topkap Palace and St.Sophia. The rooms are very cozy, decorated in Oriental style, the staff is smiling and helpful, they help with any question. Very tasty breakfasts for every taste, in the form of a buffet. The rooms are clean and have everything you need, I recommend it.
