Everything is cool! If you don't get hung up on the little things, it's a great network. But I don't understand why the loyalty program is separate everywhere. 😅
Also, only hot drinks are included in coffee, as if cold coffee is from the realm of fiction. If you want to try branded ones, without loyalty, I'm sorry. The absurdity is on the verge of a smile, but I still come back — because everything else is really cool!

I ordered a bouquet of tulips for my grandmother, who lives in Aktobe, on March 8. The next day, grandma wrote that they were blackened and did not open, sent a photo (with a date and time stamp). Clearly frozen.
I wrote a complaint to the WhatsApp chat where I placed the order. I received a reply-unsubscribe that claims for colors are accepted only within 2-3 hours from the date of delivery. Customer orientation is "on top". Wasted money and a ruined holiday.
