Hello, I want to say that the flowers are good. I ordered 21 red roses for my friend's birthday, she really liked it. The roses themselves are good, the bud has bloomed and now they are lush and beautiful. The staff is polite and comfortable, they helped us decide on the choice of roses.

There really weren't many people, the ratio of staff and customers was about 11:10. That is, there were free florists. But it's not easy to get their attention. Not everyone is lucky. On my appeals to free sellers, they created a serious face, like they were busy and not up to me and quickly left somewhere. And I wanted to put a nice bouquet in a box at my own request. Attempts to get someone's help were unsuccessful. I felt it took a long time to wait, bouquets were created slowly. Since there was no time, I had to choose from the remaining and tired ready-made bouquets. Moreover, despite the fatigue, the prices for them were kept in the morning. So much for the vaunted "Romantic"

The consultant assured me that all gypsophiles cost 800 tenge. Based on this, I chose two bouquets consisting of gypsophiles, counting on a certain amount. But there was a surprise waiting for me at the checkout and I was given a check with an amount exceeding my budget by 1.5 times! It turned out that gypsophiles cost 1200 tenge per piece. The bouquets have already been collected, time is short, I had to pay. There was a very unpleasant feeling left, as if they deliberately wanted to deceive me (later they did not talk about the amount, but in fact they gave me a punched check for the specified amount). I was sure that in a store like Romantic, there are no problems with the service and they do not qualify for deception.

The sellers said it's okay, they say they won't freeze. I came home, I live not far away in the next house. I gave my wife flowers, a gift and all that. She was very pleased. I immediately put the flowers in a vase with water. And the next day the flowers wilted, they could not stand the frost while I was walking home. The mood is zero, of course. I will not buy anything else in this Romance, and I advise others to bypass this romantic by the tenth road. no customer service, just to sell quickly and get the customer out. I have a very bad aftertaste from this flower shop.
