3 stars fully justifies it. There weren't many guests, so the pool with sun beds was at our disposal. The breakfasts are quite varied. 10 minutes walk to the sea. Condees are noisy. On TV 2 Russian-language programs REN and Russia2.

Positive:
- good location
- the sea is a 7-minute walk away
- there is a good massage room and cafe nearby
- swimming pool
Minuses:
- Dirty rooms
- There is no kettle or tea
- The Wi-Fi is working very poorly, it was not connected at all on our floor
- The remote control from the air conditioner did not work, but it is not possible without it. As a result, I got sick.
- The breakfasts are not varied. I have to ask for food to be reported.
- There is no first aid kit at the reception.
- View from the balcony of the builders who do not miss the opportunity to attract your attention

I stayed at this hotel from February 21 to March 7 for the price- the quality is great!This is not the center, this is the Naklua district, but 50 meters from the street from where to anywhere 20 baht!Cleaning daily, breakfast is normal,the pool is excellent,recreation areas,air conditioning in the rooms, refrigerator, kettle,water daily.I have been to Thailand more than 25 times, in different hotels (from 3-5 stars), but why pay more if you can spend it on other pleasures.

The staff is trying to fix everything. Well done.
But the hotel is running, cosmetics and a change of furniture are urgently needed, bed linen, towels are worn out. There is cleaning every day.

Great hotel, the location is just a bomb. Everything is nearby . The Deluxe room is excellent . The bazaar was nearby, it is no longer working. So the rooms are very quiet. The birds are singing. It is a 6-minute walk to Terminal 21 and to the sea as well. I definitely recommend it. Breakfast is tea, coffee, egg, omelet.

I liked the location of the hotel, everything is within walking distance, the breakfasts are good, the towel is changed every day, there are some animals in the room, in the morning everyone got up bitten, whether by bedbugs or something else, we did not understand.
