We celebrated our son's birthday, the order was placed in advance (3 days in advance)
On the plus side: everything was delicious enough, friendly staff, clean, neat and beautiful, in the end they brought a wonderful dessert with 1 candle for my son, the waiter congratulated me verbally, it was very nice.
From the cons: it was immediately announced that our table was for 3 hours from 19 00 to 22 00 (that was enough!! but it's still not pleasant to sit and constantly look at the clock). When I placed the order and made an advance payment, I had one request (and the administrator marked it in the order) that the set of rolls be served on a branded wooden platter along with dry ice. But unfortunately, my request was not fulfilled, without explanations and apologies. These are small things, of course, but not pleasant. I really wanted to surprise my son on his birthday, it was his first time with you.

Food - zero questions. Everything is very tasty: rolls are always at the highest level, gorgeous bao, noodles and soups are more like homemade, unusual desserts. The cold drinks are for the amateur, and the coffee and teas are very good. Everything is very satisfying, high-quality ingredients.
There are issues with the service.
At Yandex, the choice is minimal, because they promote their website and delivery, I don't mind, but:
The site is not convenient, there is no search.
In delivery, the rolls are often upside down.
There are no signatures in the sauces, it takes a long time to figure out what everyone is aiming for.

We were in this place for the first time, ordered sushi.

We ordered sushi, there are not many options.
The big disadvantage is that there are no photos of the food menu and you don't understand what they're bringing you, so I had to go online and see what they're cooking, which is not a convenience for me.
The menu is made of oak, and it's not convenient to flip through the pages.
The chairs seemed low to me and not very comfortable to sit on, the armrests on them were greasy (dirty).
The sushi itself was delicious, the ginger portion was stolen, and soy sauce was brought in large quantities.
I take similar sushi for 50-60 rubles in ardfood, it's always delicious and not expensive.

The cuisine of Asian products is one of the best in Minsk, we tried duck, bun Bao, fresh juice.
The atmosphere is very calm, despite how many people there were, it was comfortable to eat and communicate, all the places are comfortable and well located.
At the moment, the construction of the green line of the metro is underway, so excavations are underway and it was not easy to get through. All this is compensated as soon as the front door opens.

A good Asian cuisine restaurant. We were a company of 5 people. We ordered about 10-12 dishes, some of them repeatedly. Everything is very tasty. The budget is reasonable. However, we drank several bottles of wonderful red wine, which significantly increased the check. But we were still satisfied with the dishes and the service! It has always been our favorite place! They often came with family and friends. Sushi and other dishes were always delicious and interesting!!! Unfortunately, at the very least, the impression was not unambiguous. As a rule, we always take the branded set "Ronin", because it is large and diverse. This time the taste was completely different, which left a residue. I don't know what this is related to, maybe with a change of cook, or maybe the quality of the products used...

A pleasant place, with fairly fast service, a wide variety of menus. The food is very beautiful, the portions are voluminous, the atmosphere in the restaurant is very inviting. We came without reservation, but we were still seated without time limit at the common table, which is very pleasant. But in the future, for convenience, I would advise you to book a table anyway in order to make yourself more comfortable.

One of my favorite restaurants. They try to keep the quality at the same level. Moreover, both in the delivery and in the restaurant itself. The staff, the dishes, the quality of the food, and so on always match the price they ask for it all. If they mess up, which is normal in life, they calmly correct the jambs and it feels like they are drawing conclusions for themselves and trying to improve the service.

I had to change the review because there were. twice in a month, and the impressions are very different. we visited on the advice of colleagues at work and did not regret it. we ordered a table in advance for Saturday. we chose the largest set, and the waiter additionally clarified whether we wanted this particular set. They brought us sushi and announced that it was only half of the order. The sushi was very tasty, of course, we couldn't handle the second part of the set and everything was neatly packed for us. I don't remember the name, the weight of the set is 2kg. we also ordered the freshest buns and tea on trial. everything is delicious. We regretted that the set was so big and we didn't have the energy and space to taste hot dishes anymore. So there will be a reason to visit this place again. The service is good, everyone is friendly, attentive and positive. it's not cheap, but in this case the price is justified. I visited this restaurant on May 2nd, with a 3 o'clock reservation. I had Ronin's regular visitors with me, and I can responsibly say that Ronin has changed.
First, at the entrance, the receptionist forced us to take off our hoodie and light jacket, considering them to be outerwear. We noticed that the chefs had changed, and we confirmed this opinion when the order was brought to us. The chef's set was completed in 18 minutes, although the previous time the waiting time was 30-35 minutes. Of the entire set of sushi, only the tuna roll was fresh. We didn't like the bao buns either, although they were very tasty last time. Despite the waiter's warning about the hotness of the sauce, it turned out to be not spicy at all.
To be fair, the service by the waiter Vasily was good, which cannot be said about his colleagues, who allowed laughter and conversations among themselves right in the hall. 20 minutes before the end of our booked time, the administrator gave an ultimatum about the time of the table reservation. Then again after 10 minutes, and again after 5. There was a feeling that we were not welcome here, despite the large receipt (more than 400 rubles).
Given the status of this institution in the city, as well as its pricing policy, I would like this negative review to encourage the administration to take active action to correct the shortcomings.
We will definitely visit Ronin next month.

This is not the first time I have come to Ronin and I always encounter problems with boarding and maintenance. The tables at the "bar counters" and small round tables are not suitable for "meals" and relaxation, the place is small, the body is tense, very uncomfortable. I asked the waitress, explaining as calmly as possible what the problem was, but it was as if they started arguing with me, trying to prove something. It's very disrespectful and tactless, I'm not asking you to admit guilt, I'm asking you to solve the problem without arguing, as if the girl is being scolded, there are no words. I had to take the situation into my own hands and explicitly state the end of the dispute and ask to solve the problem (replacement, etc.). We celebrated our birthday, we liked everything very much, the administrator, the waiters are huge hard workers and in general just wonderful people (Ekaterina worked with us and I just fell in love, you don't often meet such a sweet, sincere girl ... who remembers all orders by heart ...), the dishes are undeniably delicious, as a very fastidious person, I liked the cooking and combinations of ingredients. We ordered bonito rolls, rolls with eel and shrimp tempuro, salad with duck and vegetables, beef soup and bao rolls with beef brisket. Everything was fine except the beef in the buns, it was a little rubbery and hard.
The table was booked in advance, everything is fine, cooking was warned that waiting could take a decent amount of time (namely the rolls, the rest of the dishes were taken out very quickly).
Well, as a birthday boy, I was handed a matcha souffle with a candle, very sweet and unexpected.
And yet, we forgot our sunglasses there and they scored and informed us about the loss (that is, they remembered that we were sitting there and found armor, and this is a huge indicator of attentiveness) In general, only 100 points for a clean bathroom, God, why can't everyone keep this room as clean

Until I get proof to the contrary, I consider this establishment to be the best Japanese/Asian cuisine restaurant in Minsk!
Rolls, nigiri, gunkans, sashimi, and even Tom Yam and Pad Thai, which are just a pity to have room in your stomach compared to other delicacies - every dish here is simply incomparable. The fish is fresh and delicious, the dried rice is cooked amazingly, the combination of flavors and their accuracy are so great that sometimes it is impossible to disassemble the dish into ingredients with your eyes closed.
Interior, design, light music, service, variety - I give the highest score for each criterion.
There is only one disadvantage - the institution is the only one in the city and is located in Bangalore, there is nowhere else to enjoy this miracle ..))
I have been several times (the last one at the moment is on Friday, March 7, 2025) and I will visit many more times!

Oh my God, there are the best rolls in the city, maybe even outside it, because we came from Moscow and a friend suggested we go here.
The portions are large, the rolls themselves are very coolly made, they do not save on products.
We did not book a table, we came and there was a full boarding, but we waited until the table was free and did not regret it!!!
I recommend this place, precisely for their rolls!
