Заказывали в Руфхаус металлочерепицу с доборными элементами и комплект водосточной системы.Сервис на высоте. Огромнейшую благодарность хочу оставить менеджеру Роману. Специалист своего дела. С первого общения сомнений не возникло,что заказывать будем именно тут. Самое главное преимущество этой организации в том,что ребята настроены НЕ втюхать товар, а помочь определиться с выбором учитывая пожелания клиента и его финансовые возможности.Заказ пришел в установленные сроки, но по вине завода изготовителя нам пришел небольшой брак, но и тут Роман нам помог решить этот вопрос в кратчайшие сроки и организовал замену всей позиции. А когда у нас не хватило одного конька Роман также заказал все быстро да и ещё и организовал доставку. Спасибо Вам огромное. Успехов в работе и понимающих клиентов вам. Буду рекомендовать друзьям и знакомым.

We constantly kept in touch, clarified the nuances, gave advice on how to do it better. A week after the installation of the poles, they called back and said that they were starting to install the picket fence. As a result, they were done almost a month ahead of schedule. The quality is at the level, the price is not too high, we were satisfied with the work.

Заказывали в Руфхаус кровельные работы вместе с металлочерепицей. Ребята очень ответственные и приятные в работе. Согласовали объект и составили смету в течение двух дней. Ценник приятный, не завышенный. Просчитали всё до мелочей, в процессе никаких доплат. Прораб и менеджер всегда на связи. Ребята из бригады профессионалы, все сделали четко, быстро и чисто! Мы очень довольны работой кампании, будем заказывать у них ещё забор и фасад. Спасибо, ребята!

After agreeing on the project and materials, literally the next day I was invited to the office to get acquainted with the estimate and sign the contract. Without unnecessary red tape and "breakfast". Prices are by market. The installation started within the agreed time frame. The team is professional and responsible, we didn't even go to lunch))). The work was completed on time, I am satisfied with the quality. There was a minor complaint, not the fault of the company, they arrived and quickly eliminated it. If you need to do everything on time, without delay and with high quality, I recommend it.
