everything is fine. budget-friendly, hospitable hosts, the room was clean, everything was necessary for me.. The Dry Bridge is 200 meters away, this is the very center of Tbilisi. From the balcony there is a great view of Mtatsminda mountain.
The house on the ground floor has coffee and pastries to take away, a grocery store and a small vegetable and fruit market. And there is a very tasty Korean restaurant on the side in the alley (ramen soup is just bombastic).
We stayed here in early July. Close to the city center, everything you need is available (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishes, TV, small hair dryer, towels, mini iron). The owners respond quickly and are friendly.
It's a good place.
