The hotel is conveniently located near the center. Very quiet and clean. Large panoramic windows. Breakfast is brought to the room, delicious.
The room has a kitchenette with necessary utensils. There is even a mini washing machine in the bathroom.
WiFi is working well. The staff is pleasant to communicate with, helps.
Minus - periods of poor water pressure in the shower.
Super views of Ararat are the most important thing.

A lovely, cozy hotel, located in the center of Yerevan, near the northern avenue, chain stores, opera house and other attractions. Our room was large, 32 square meters, with a view of Ararat) The room has a small kitchen, including a refrigerator, a stove, which is very convenient. Very pleasant and helpful staff, at our request, brought an iron, dryer, etc. The breakfasts are varied, they were delivered to the room at a convenient time for us (by prior agreement), the room was cleaned every day, and towels and accessories were changed. The sound insulation is good, we didn't hear the neighbors) We really liked everything, I recommend this cozy hotel to everyone!😊

I recommend this hotel, rooms with a view of the year - 16th floor, clean, cleaned every day, breakfast is brought to the room, there is a great delicious pizzeria downstairs, there is a shuttle service from the hotel, the staff is very friendly, the TV does not catch TV channels, only via the Internet - YouTube, etc., near the New Year's fair, to the center - on foot There are many restaurants along the way

Convenient location, stunning views from the window and a very friendly welcome. The room is clean and there is a washing machine with capsules! There are very few hooks at the entrance and in the bathroom, shelves in the shower cabin. I recommend.

Very clean and comfortable! The views of the city are magnificent. The location is excellent, next to a park with singing fountains.
What could be improved: to fasten a towel rack in the bathroom, to update the waterproofing of the cabin. It's a little quieter to cook breakfast in the back room :)
Overall, a great choice for a stopover in Yerevan!

A very nice hotel in a great location! Everything is nearby: attractions, a street with restaurants, a cool supermarket.
I took off the star for minor flaws that are easy to fix: when entering the room, there are not enough hooks for outerwear; water flows out of the shower; curtains hang so that half of the room is visible from the neighboring room and the room above diagonally, and nothing can close this gap.
And so it is very clean, the staff is responsive, the breakfasts are varied and delicious.

A small apartment hotel, occupies the 17th floor. The room is pleasant, the bed is comfortable, the view of the city from the room is very beautiful. The furniture is new, not cheap. The downstairs shower did not work in the room, which is not very convenient. The kitchen is not filled enough for cooking. There is no pot, a convenient bowl, only 2 plates, no sponge and dishwashing detergent, etc.

A very cozy and modern apartment hotel, courteous staff and always go to meet guests. Two different rooms were available and offered immediately with a view of Mount Ararat. The Internet works like a Swiss watch and the air conditioner does a great job in the heat of 35 degrees

Excellent apartments, good view. The staff is wonderful, they are going to a meeting. The building is modern, the balconies overlook both the park and the post office (it is quieter here). There is a pizzeria on the 1st floor.

The hotel driver brought /drove from the airport and to the airport, helped with things (met at the airport upon arrival). The service is 2000 rubles per line. It's quite reasonable, don't be nervous.
The room is on the 16th floor. If there is no view of Ararat from the room, you can always go to the shared balcony on the 16th-17th floors, everything is perfectly visible there. It is better at 7-8 o'clock in the morning, there are fewer clouds near the mountain.
There was even a mini washing machine on the wall in our room. Breakfast in the room for a fee. And I liked the breakfast and it was hearty and delicious and not more expensive if you go to a nearby cafe on the boulevard. You definitely won't waste time if you have a guided tour in the morning. For example, at the Eat&Fit cafe, I waited 40 minutes for a toast. How does it feel?))) But I wasn't late for anything.
I liked the hotel, thank you.
P.s. We did not cook in the room. There was a sponge for washing dishes. I was not looking for a frying pan or a saucepan, if not, they will certainly help at the reception. An ironing board and dryer were brought on request.

In general, it's not bad, but water is leaking out of the shower onto the floor. Among the advantages, they accept a Mir card and with payment via nfc (you can use a phone via MirPay), pleasant little things - wine glasses, a mini washing machine.
