A good place, friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness and order.
Convenient location in the city center, I recommend it if you choose where to stay!
There are, of course, small points to fix: poor sound insulation and it is inconvenient to wash in the shower because of the short curtain
I rented 3 rooms for my colleagues (business trip) for three days. And here is a detailed feedback on accommodation. I don't know where so many positive reviews come from, I'm surprised, to put it mildly
A disgusting hotel - starting with a snow-covered slide, a slippery slide that you need to climb with suitcases (the staff does not clear the entrance from snow and ice), ending with a rusty shower, from which water pours only when you lift it up towards the ceiling.
The rooms are extremely small (we rented the most standard room) - you come in and just fall on the bed.
One of the colleagues was placed near the reception - the constant noise prevented her from sleeping. When asked to relocate, they said that there was nowhere to go.
In two rooms there was a bedside table, in the third - it was not there, in its place there was a mini-refrigerator, which rattled so much that it had to be turned off at night. By the way, it was both a bedside table and a refrigerator at the same time.
I ran out of toilet paper. They brought half a roll (someone had already used half of it). C'mon, are you serious?
I wrote about all this in the hotel's whatsapp. I was told, "Well, your colleagues left an hour later for that." Wow) but first at the reception they asked to pay 1000 tenge from each room. My colleagues said, "Okay, we'll pay." In the morning, the receptionist said that we could not pay, and allowed us to check out not at 12:00 but at 13:00
The staff also wrote to me two days before check-in and claimed that I had to pay for the first night (although at the time of booking, the booking rules are payment on the spot). It turns out that they recently changed the rules (after I made a reservation) and thought that I should already pay for the first night according to the new rules. I contacted the booking support service - they told me that I didn't have to pay anything. Since I booked the hotel according to the old rules with payment on the spot. Everything was bad from the very beginning. It was also bad at the hotel.
Everything was disgusting, I do not recommend it to anyone! And I will never send my colleagues here either.
The hotel is good enough to spend the night for a day or two. Clear. The renovation is fresh. Cons: the shower floor is tiled, but there is no rug, it is cold to stand, the audibility is excellent (you can hear people walking in the hallway, rattling buckets, in the morning you can hear the washing machine working), the table in the room is wobbly. All this, of course, may be small things, but they do not create comfort.
