Among the advantages: walking distance to the sea, customer orientation of employees.
Of the cons:
Poor sound insulation, you can hear people talking in neighboring rooms, cars driving down the street, doors opening and closing
The air conditioning in the room is not well located. Aimed at the bed.
There is no refrigerator, kettle.

I stayed at this hotel in July 2019. I booked a room at this hotel because of the free Wi-Fi and the nearby beach, but I have not regretted it more than once. I really liked the place and the view from the room was wonderful on the sea! It was convenient, you could walk around the city and along the beach in the evening. Everything was included, but hanging out in the city is sacred))) The hostess of the hotel is a very pleasant woman and all the staff is friendly. The room is clean and cozy. They cooked delicious, at home. It's strange, but I miss this place...... so we had a good rest))))

We lived with my wife at the rose hotel for 8 days, never cleaned!!!!!!! Although they asked all the time. After a few days of living, I began to notice bites on the skin that itched, then more. There were more and more bites after each night, at first I couldn't believe that I was being bitten by a laundry louse or someone else. But the fact remains that in this hotel I was bitten by either fleas or linen lice!!!!! I ran away from there in horror, although I planned to live for another five days. The bedbug is creepy! I do not advise anyone to stay in this shithouse!!!
P.s. although the view of the sea from the balcony is gorgeous, this cannot be taken away.
