A great hotel for its level. They were specially chosen not on the first coastline, so that they could quickly and conveniently get out into the city. The location is great for outdoor activities. Right in front of the hotel there is a metro station and a taxi for every taste and color.
The staff is very polite and helpful. The food is good as everywhere else. There is a nice pool on the roof, there were no practical people. We went on vacation in the fall, so the weather was gorgeous 28-30 degrees.
Rooms are a separate topic, there are no such rooms even in 5-star hotels. We rented 2 rooms for a family of 6 people. So we were given a 3-room room with three full bathrooms, where we could all settle freely. The second room was a one-and-a-half-room, very nice for two people.
Taxi drivers took us directly to the parking lot 2 meters from the elevator. We were pleasantly surprised by this approach. It is especially convenient after partying with sleepy children in your arms.
There is a shuttle service to the beach, I thought it would not be convenient with children. Everything turned out to be convenient and the schedule was just right, it was enough to buy and have fun for the children.
In general, I recommend the hotel, if we return to Dubai, then to this hotel.
There is a Turkish restaurant "Kapadokya" in the hotel building. In the evenings, we dined strictly there. So we got hooked. We have exactly the same Turkish restaurant "Afiyet Mangal" in Almaty. So we were at home.
Close to metro, bus stop.
Grocery and clothing stores are within walking distance, and Emirate City shopping center is a 15-minute walk away.
The hotel itself is not bad, we checked in at 8 a.m. (and not at 2 p.m. as usual), which made us very happy!
The room provides: shampoo, shower gel, soap, hand cream, bath caps, shaving cream, disposable razor, toothpaste and brush, cotton pads+ chopsticks.
There is an electric kettle, tea and coffee in bags, depending on the number of people staying, sugar, cream.
The rooms are spacious, the furniture is of medium wear, the Windows are large.
The only negative is the lack of a balcony.
The humidity in the room is high. The hotel has smoking rooms. On the top floor there is a swimming pool and sauna.
The staff is friendly and helpful, fulfills all requests instantly.
The hotel has a tourist fee+ 100 dirhams deposit.
The deposit is refunded upon check-out!
Advantages: located next to the metro station. There is a bus stop nearby where you can get to Kite Beach (here in the subway you need to buy a silver travel card in the vending machine for this and replenish it - in general, it is not expensive). You can rent a beach umbrella and a large beach towel at the hotel and take either a regular bus to Kite Beach or a bus from the hotel to Marina Beach (runs 3 times a day). But you need to sign up for this bus in advance. There are 5 places.. For the whole hotel
I liked the service. Both the reception and the restaurant. The restaurant is generally new. But the concept is not Turkish: one soup, one or two meat dishes, one fish dish, and three side dishes to choose from, one salad, fruit, bread, rolls. In general, everything is there and it was delicious for me! The waiters work well. The rooms are not new, but they are good, everything works. To get out, you need to report this - turn on the scoreboard. And in order for the water to be brought, it is also necessary to inform. I do everything quickly and immediately. There is a small swimming pool on the roof. Clean. Towels are provided. But there is water on the roof for an additional fee. A good, comfortable city economy class hotel.
Very convenient location, metro across the street. Convenient access to the beach and attractions. Very friendly staff. Good service, clean rooms, balanced meals. Clean swimming pool, spa complex, fitness room, sauna, hammam. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, and water in the rooms. Towel, slippers, bathrobes. Umbrellas and towels are provided on the beach. You will be surrounded by care and attention.
We stayed at the hotel for 5 days. Very attentive and helpful staff. The food is delicious and varied. Yes, without any special frills, but everything you need is there! And most importantly, it's delicious. The hotel is opposite the metro station. It is very convenient to get to both the Marina and the Dubai Mall. At the hotel, they gave us gold cards in the subway, they replenished them themselves. If you need help, call a taxi, they help. There are no complaints or complaints about the hotel. I enjoyed my vacation.
The friendly staff of this hotel makes you want to come back here again. The room is large and comfortable, with a common air conditioning system that can be adjusted. The breakfast is delicious, although there is not much variety (compared to the hotel in Dubai Marina), but we had enough to overeat. There were 2 types of fruits, watermelon, melon/pineapple alternated. Croissants, muffins, and cupcakes are baked. I really liked the Indian brew with peas, carrots and sauce))). Delicious coffee from a teapot that can be drunk with free-standing milk. On the last day, they gave me a hand-painted chocolate plate with a warm mini muffin with jam inside.
The location of the hotel is convenient for traveling around the city - there is a metro and a bus stop nearby. A hotel bus takes you to Dubai Marina Beach, which you need to book in advance. We have never used it in 5 days, because we went on our own on 81 urban bass to another beach where there were few people.
There are plenty of cafes near the hotel, a supermarket where we got fresh juices and fruits.
Located across the street from the metro, it is very convenient. There are several stations to Dubai Mall (8 dirhams), if you take a taxi it starts from 65 dirhams.
The staff is friendly, and communication is mostly in English or via an online translator (wi-fi is available at the hotel).High-quality cleaning on request, even every day.
The food is simple, they won't leave you hungry, but there are no frills. There are always fruits and vegetables. We took breakfast and dinner, you can change dinner for lunch, they do not refuse.
The rooms are cozy and clean.Beds with good mattresses. The shower room is great. The room has a safe, kettle and tea set (updated for free), hairdryer,TV (a couple of Russian, useless channels). There is no balcony. There is practically nowhere to dry things, do not rely on a hair dryer, it is weak.
The hotel is clean, it smells nice everywhere (aroma lamps are installed in the corridors). There is a pool on the roof, cleaned every morning. They provide free beach towels for the pool and the beach. Transfer to the beach three times a day. The first flight is at 11 a.m., we need to make an appointment the day before.
The hotel also has a small souvenir shop and a girl who sells guided tours.
Everything is fine, except for the lack of balconies.
We really liked the hotel. We were with children aged 11 and 3. Saiful was a very kind, attentive and helpful person who met us, took all our things from the taxi, escorted us to the room, treated us to juice and fruits. When we left, he called us a taxi and helped us load our belongings into the car. All the staff is friendly, they always open the doors when meeting and escorting. We arrived after the hotel in Sharjah and it was as if we had entered civilization. The rooms are clean and spacious. The metro is right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The breakfasts are quite varied and delicious, the waiters are very nimble so that there is no queue, they bring everything themselves. For the price of 50 dirhams adult 25 child 11 years old , 3 year old for free.
A normal hotel for your money, very friendly staff, if you need something, they always try to help, the gym is an excellent minimum, it is conveniently located right in front of the metro, the food is acceptable, that buffet, that alyakart, by the way, alyakart is inexpensive here it is better to eat at the hotel than to look elsewhere, the food will be more expensive since Dubai Basically, it's expensive, but in general, if you want to have a budget vacation, it's not a bad hotel.
We had a rest a week ago, the hotel is good, the food is good, during Ramadan the hotel works as a restaurant in the evenings, so there are a lot of people, it doesn't feel very comfortable at dinner. They also gave a broken umbrella to the beach, the staff did not check it, so you check it before going to the beach. There is a transfer to the beach, you need to make an appointment in advance, they take you 3 times a day. There is a sauna and a rooftop pool.
A pleasant hotel within walking distance from the metro station and bus stop. It is very convenient to get to the beach, you can transfer from the hotel or take bus 81 to the Parus hotel. Pleasant staff, excellent service, there is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel. Delicious breakfasts, large and clean rooms. Overall, the hotel is 5 out of 5! I recommend.
Very good location, near the metro, across the street. Very friendly staff. The numbers are normal, with a triple, they fall a little short of 4 in our opinion. The breakfasts were the same every day, but they were not hungry, if desired, you can order something from the menu for an additional fee. We also took dinner, but in the end we realized that we didn't need to. Overall, the hotel is not bad, clean.
The location is convenient, I liked it. The pool is well heated, there is a sauna with good steam, unexpectedly. The rooms are large and spacious. The view from the window into the windows of the neighboring building, other rooms may have a better view. The staff is friendly, they try very hard to solve any problem if required.
Excellent location of the hotel, reasonable price is not expensive 👍🏻The staff is interested, they constantly ask how they can help) We booked a room with breakfast. Although the breakfasts were monotonous, they were not bad either! you won't stay hungry for sure)) There is a choice . The room is spacious, clean, cleaned daily. A swimming pool and a relaxation area by the pool with sun loungers and tables for relaxation. The water in the pool was cold, so it would not be comfortable to swim in the evening or in the morning. I recommend the hotel
A welcoming hotel in a peaceful area. Opposite the subway.
It is located in the middle between Dubai Marina and Burj Khalifa. Near the Mall of Emirates (one stop or 20 minutes on foot)
Meals (we took breakfast and dinner) good. Everything is delicious. The selection is small, but of high quality.
The rooms were spacious and a little tired, but everything worked. we cleaned every day.
Very convenient location in close proximity to the Emirates Mall. Clean, well maintained. The area is rustic, but everything is quite decent. There are no complaints about the hotel, on the contrary, thanks to the helpful staff.
Very convenient location, close to the metro in two steps. Large room, snow-white linen, comfortable bed, pillows, clean well, stable Wi-Fi, friendly staff. It's a very decent option for the price and quality.
The hotel corresponds to everything that is present. Clean, the staff is very friendly, they will always help with any question. I like the location of the hotel. The price is also acceptable. I like that the hotel has a late check-out. At the moment, it is a little inconvenient that the construction site is nearby, but this is again temporary. I recommend it if there is no need for a close location to the sea. It is also convenient that the metro is located in front of the hotel. Getting anywhere is fast, cheap and convenient
The location is great. The room is large, clean, everything matches the photo on the website.
The staff is very friendly. All reviews written earlier about the hotel correspond to reality. The children and I really enjoyed our vacation. There is a tour agency in the lobby, with a Russian-speaking guide. Desert safari is just great! On the next trip, only to this hotel.
Opposite the subway. Wonderful staff, especially thanks to Zaid and Aftab. They were friendly and helped with all questions. The room is super!! The room was cleaned every day, snow-white towels, bed linen. The breakfasts could have been better. The pool is very comfortable, there are tables.
January 20, 25. For 4 stars, the service is super. The door will be opened, the car will be helped to park, suitcases will be brought, drinks, tea / coffee will be brought, as well as food. The staff is wonderful. The hotel itself is not new, but everything is well and cleanly done. The breakfast was the same, but there were delicious watermelons, melons, pineapples. There is a swimming pool, gym and sauna. Everything is free. The metro is a 2-minute walk away. There is a west zone store and cafes/restaurants nearby.
The hotel is very nice, clean and cozy at home, the staff is polite, friendly, and tries to help each client, despite the fact that English is a C. Perfectly 👌
I liked the hotel very much, the convenient location is opposite the metro. I would especially like to mention the staff at the restaurant, I did not remember the name, understands Russian, polite, friendly, attentive.
Cozy, clean, nice and helpful staff. Near the metro. Special thanks to the Yam cleaning manager, the room is always clean. I needed an extra bed, they put it up for free.
Nice hotel, good food, friendly staff, there is a shuttle service to the beach, BUT.....when we asked about it, we were told "yes, there is a shuttle service to the beach, every day at 11.00"...The next morning we arrived at 11:00, and we are waiting...and the admin tells us that there are no places, because it was necessary to register yesterday... we also didn't know (and no one told us) that if we go to the beach ourselves, an umbrella and towels are provided (thanks for the guests telling us about this)....in general, if you need something, an umbrella, a bathrobe, etc. you need to ask
Hello! We are staying at the hotel with my family (me, my son, daughter-in-law and two granddaughters aged 9 and 4).
We arrived in the morning, and waited until 2:00 p.m. to check in.… It's not very comfortable, especially with children! We spent time at the pool. The food is completely monotonous!!!
You won't be hungry, but on vacation you want variety))) The room stock is very good!!! There are some minor problems with cleaning ... you can't wait)) They will be cleaned up later in the evening, and you need to be reminded! The location is good, the metro is right next to the hotel.Transfer to the beach at 11:00 a.m., which I consider absolutely useless!!! At 12:00 it is necessary to leave the heat already because…
Bus stop 81 is nearby, you can go to the beaches: Jumeirah and Kate Beach.
In the morning, there's an impossible crush with the kids and you can't get in!!! An adult can still mess around))) It's a comfortable ride back, the bus is almost empty!
I still don't know how the eviction will go)))
Our departure is at 19:00
Advantages: location, number of rooms.
Cons: transfer to the beach, food.
I don't want to come back here anymore)
a wonderful hotel, daily cleaning, personal hygiene products were updated during the cleaning process. The staff is very helpful. We were checked in at 5 a.m. for a small surcharge, and were presented with two baskets of compliments in the form of cookies and fruits. The breakfast buffet did not suit us very well, because there is an Indian chef, respectively, the food is not adapted for Europeans)), in my opinion it is not a question of abundance and variety of the table, the main thing is that we found something to eat for ourselves. A swimming pool with warm water, heated, a view of the sail, there are sun beds, a sauna, a hammam in free access. It's a little cold in the rooms in December, which is probably the only minus, but this is more my problem of "freezing". The location of the hotel is 10 stars, across the street from the hotel is the Mashrek metro and a bus stop, which allowed us to move around the city. Not far along the line of the hotel, 300 m., there is an excellent supermarket, as well as shops with clothes., but I do not recommend buying there because there are more worthy brands in the shopping center. https://dzen.ru/a/Zmi9u8EUxhGhf4Gk read more in my article
convenient location, near the metro, cafes, pharmacies, shops, which is why we stopped here. it is perfect for relaxing in the city, but it is not difficult to get to the beach by taxi or bus. good level of service.
convenient location, close to the metro, cafes, pharmacies, shops, which is why we stopped here. perfect for a city break, but getting to the beach is not difficult by taxi or bus. good level of service.
Nice hotel. We were given two rooms by a family with three children, which had a total of three rooms and three showers. The breakfasts are monotonous, but for me it is not critical. A heated pool, I didn't think it was necessary, but it's cool in Dubai in early December. There is a taxi at the hotel, an order at the reception. The prices are adequate, you just need to show the end point directly, they can take you to a generally accepted place
The hotel is very well located, the metro is nearby, you can get to any point quickly. The staff is very polite and attentive, they will bring water or bathrobes upon request. The rooms are clean and well cleaned. There is a bus to the beach three times a day, it is better to book in advance for 11, since there is a limit on the number of people from the hotel, along the way the bus stops at several more hotels, beach towels are given out. The food is acceptable, without a large assortment, but you can always eat well. I rent one star for the bathroom (the humidity is worth it, it's not real to dry things, and there was no balcony in the room) they dried on whatever they had to.
A wonderful hotel at a pleasant price. However, I live out of season. Clean, excellent service, regular replenishment of the bar. Across the street there is a metro station and a bus stop, within walking distance of a huge mall, around a lot of restaurants for every taste and budget. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna.
Everything is great, including food, service, living conditions, location. I recommend. There is a bus to the beach, but we didn't use it, we took the subway.
Great place! Friendly staff, delicious breakfast and dinner. Everything is fresh. The location is great! The metro is just a stone's throw away, and a comfortable train runs to all the sights on it. The Emirates Mall is located quite close, where you can change money and buy a lot of things!
I really liked it, a budget but decent hotel with a sauna, a rooftop pool, helpful staff right next to the metro station and overlooking the Parus Hotel and Burj Khalifa.
We accidentally left the safe open and nothing was missing while cleaning the room.
There is no Russian-speaking staff, the three of us were traveling, 2 adults and one 11-year-old child were indicated, there was a double bed and a sofa in the room, a baby that does not fold out, but it's fine next to the metro, within walking distance of the pier and the bus station. The rooftop pool is awesome
Advantages: rooms, staff, near the metro.
Cons: it's far from the beach, but as I understand it, this is normal. There is a free bus that takes you to the beach, but you need to register earlier.
I rested for 5 days in October, I really liked everything! Cleanliness in the rooms, everything smells, attentive staff and security! The subway is opposite the entrance!they also take a bus to Dubai Marina beach, I am very happy with the rooftop pool, there is nothing to find fault with from the word at all.
An excellent hotel, an ideal location, but unfortunately I found myself in Dubai from 04/15/24 just at the time of the natural disaster, the metro was closed so I couldn't use it. The hotel staff is very helpful, I do everything you ask. There is a swimming pool on the roof, for adults and for children. They feed at the restaurant next door to the hotel. The kitchen in the restaurant is 3+, but in any case it is cheaper than eating in restaurants. You can change dinner for lunch. If the food does not suit you at all, then there is an Emirates mall in 15-20 minutes on foot, which has a footboard. There is a bus to the beach, but you need to book it at the reception in advance. But get ready for terrible traffic jams when you return from the beach. In general, I liked the hotel, if I come to Dubai again, I will stay at this hotel.
Great hotel, clean room, cleaning every day
The staff is friendly and courteous
We took breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is a buffet, dinner is ordered from the menu. Always delicious and fresh food
Clean and warm rooftop pool
Transfer to the beach, three times a day
Excellent location of the hotel, the metro is across the street, a 10-minute walk from the Emirate Mall
It was in February 2024, The location is convenient next to the Mashraq monorail station, The room has a TV, hairdryer, refrigerator, air conditioner, kettle, bathrobes, slippers, the staff had to strain with detergents. The breakfast buffet is so-so, but you won't stay hungry. One stop is Empire of mall, I walked on foot, there is a carrefour, a cheap supermarket,4 stops to Marina Beach, and 7 stops to Dubai mall.Next to the hotel there are a lot of restorants and 600m there is an unlimited Chinese seafood, 75 dirhams per person for 2 hours of norms, everything from seafood, marbled beef and ending with ice cream. This is such a hotel.
A good hotelier from this price segment. The people are populated differently... there are Russians too). The breakfasts are decent - a buffet... Hummus - 👍!!! I also really liked the cakes with greens.... There is a choice of fruits and vegetables, meat and omelette, or scrambled eggs will be made as you ask).
Clear. They clean well. On the roof there is a swimming pool with panoramic views. In the evening, you can sit at tables there, have dinner and even order food from the restaurant.
The staff is responsive and receptionist and bellhops))) And the main plus, why we took this hotel - the metro is almost across the street!
The location is right next to the subway, but we were unlucky, the station was closed for the entire vacation, and the hotel provided a Shuttle service only to one JBR beach. The service and staff are top, at 5+. The cleanliness in the rooms after cleaning is ideal, if they forgot to put something, then they immediately brought it on the call. The food for breakfast is a standard buffet, for lunch and dinner on the menu. Although it is slightly monotonous, we were generally satisfied in two weeks, because it is better than paying for restaurants (far from cheap). The rooftop pool is great. I got one cockroach on the floor in a restaurant, but for Dubai this is the norm and only one type does not count). Summary - I recommend the hotel.
But the hotel, the barge, the living conditions. And bread, and food, and servants, and servants, and servants, and servants, and servants, and servants. The metro is convenient for joilashgan. It's all clear. Dukonlar. Emirates Mall walking borsa bulladi
Overall, a good hotel for its price. It is convenient that the metro is nearby. But at the same time, right under the window is one of the central highways/streets of Dubai. This hotel is definitely not a beach hotel :-)
Breakfast is 2 points out of 5 possible. It's okay: it's poor, not tasty, the simplest products: eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, beans. Coffee machines are available - not found
Great location! Right in front of the subway. 3-4 stations to Dubai Marina, 10-15 minutes on foot to Emirates Mall (where Sky is Dubai) and a bus stop to Butterfly Park and Mirage (park, flowers). The staff is attentive and polite, but there is no one with the Russian language (we communicated through Translater). The breakfasts are good, varied, the cuisine is local and Euro, always delicious hummus and scones with herbs! The rooms are clean and cleaned immediately at will. Male maids - they give you out immediately upon request (you can also not disturb the reception). The heated pool is on the roof. There are also tables and a gorgeous view of the city (you can sit with wine in the evening, order dinner from the restaurant, right there). And in the morning to sunbathe..
