A great hotel for its level. They were specially chosen not on the first coastline, so that they could quickly and conveniently get out into the city. The location is great for outdoor activities. Right in front of the hotel there is a metro station and a taxi for every taste and color.
The staff is very polite and helpful. The food is good as everywhere else. There is a nice pool on the roof, there were no practical people. We went on vacation in the fall, so the weather was gorgeous 28-30 degrees.
Rooms are a separate topic, there are no such rooms even in 5-star hotels. We rented 2 rooms for a family of 6 people. So we were given a 3-room room with three full bathrooms, where we could all settle freely. The second room was a one-and-a-half-room, very nice for two people.
Taxi drivers took us directly to the parking lot 2 meters from the elevator. We were pleasantly surprised by this approach. It is especially convenient after partying with sleepy children in your arms.
There is a shuttle service to the beach, I thought it would not be convenient with children. Everything turned out to be convenient and the schedule was just right, it was enough to buy and have fun for the children.
In general, I recommend the hotel, if we return to Dubai, then to this hotel.
There is a Turkish restaurant "Kapadokya" in the hotel building. In the evenings, we dined strictly there. So we got hooked. We have exactly the same Turkish restaurant "Afiyet Mangal" in Almaty. So we were at home.

Close to metro, bus stop.
Grocery and clothing stores are within walking distance, and Emirate City shopping center is a 15-minute walk away.
The hotel itself is not bad, we checked in at 8 a.m. (and not at 2 p.m. as usual), which made us very happy!
The room provides: shampoo, shower gel, soap, hand cream, bath caps, shaving cream, disposable razor, toothpaste and brush, cotton pads+ chopsticks.
There is an electric kettle, tea and coffee in bags, depending on the number of people staying, sugar, cream.
The rooms are spacious, the furniture is of medium wear, the Windows are large.
The only negative is the lack of a balcony.
The humidity in the room is high. The hotel has smoking rooms. On the top floor there is a swimming pool and sauna.
The staff is friendly and helpful, fulfills all requests instantly.
The hotel has a tourist fee+ 100 dirhams deposit.
The deposit is refunded upon check-out!

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days. Very attentive and helpful staff. The food is delicious and varied. Yes, without any special frills, but everything you need is there! And most importantly, it's delicious. The hotel is opposite the metro station. It is very convenient to get to both the Marina and the Dubai Mall. The friendly staff of this hotel makes you want to come back here again. The room is large and comfortable, with a common air conditioning system that can be adjusted. The location of the hotel is convenient for traveling around the city - there is a metro and a bus stop nearby. A hotel bus takes you to Dubai Marina Beach, which you need to book in advance. We have never used it in 5 days, because we went on our own on 81 urban bass to another beach where there were few people.
There are plenty of cafes near the hotel, a supermarket where we got fresh juices and fruits.

A pleasant hotel within walking distance from the metro station and bus stop. It is very convenient to get to the beach, you can transfer from the hotel or take bus 81 to the Parus hotel. An excellent hotel, an ideal location, but unfortunately I found myself in Dubai from 04/15/24 just at the time of the natural disaster, the metro was closed so I couldn't use it. The hotel staff is very helpful, I do everything you ask. There is a swimming pool on the roof, for adults and for children. They feed at the restaurant next door to the hotel. The kitchen in the restaurant is 3+, but in any case it is cheaper than eating in restaurants. You can change dinner for lunch. If the food does not suit you at all, then there is an Emirates mall in 15-20 minutes on foot, which has a footboard. There is a bus to the beach, but you need to book it at the reception in advance. But get ready for terrible traffic jams when you return from the beach. In general, I liked the hotel, if I come to Dubai again, I will stay at this hotel.

The location is right next to the subway, but we were unlucky, the station was closed for the entire vacation, and the hotel provided a Shuttle service only to one JBR beach. The service and staff are top, at 5+. The cleanliness in the rooms after cleaning is ideal, if they forgot to put something, then they immediately brought it on the call. The food for breakfast is a standard buffet, for lunch and dinner on the menu. Although it is slightly monotonous, we were generally satisfied in two weeks, because it is better than paying for restaurants (far from cheap). The rooftop pool is great. I got one cockroach on the floor in a restaurant, but for Dubai this is the norm and only one type does not count). Summary - I recommend the hotel.
