Noise, smoke, dangerous furniture, broken dishes, dirt, lies, gossip and rudeness of the owners for your own money. The discrepancy between price and quality.
From the very beginning, I was given the worst room in the boarding house - the windows of the first floor overlook the courtyard and parking lot of this and the neighboring boarding house, which means it is impossible to hide from the noise and smoke.
On the first night after 23:00, the guests leaving the boarding house screamed literally two meters from my window, telling something to the hostess. After that, the hostess told me that it was just such loud guests, but in general it would be quiet further.
That same night, the guests of the neighboring boarding house at 3:00, talking at the top of their voices under the windows, also decided to leave.
The next day, I went up to the hostess and asked if it was possible to move to another, less noisy room, where the windows would not go out into 2 courtyards at once. She replied that there were no places, and this was not true, since a room was available on <url> (see screenshot), and guests from at least two rooms left.
At night of the same day, until 23:30, the guests of this and the neighboring boarding house smoked cigarettes through the windows and talked in full voice, the owners, after a polite request (at 23:00), refused to solve the problem and said that it would last until midnight.
So if you suddenly decide to take a break from the city noise and dirty air, then you know that there is no better place to find.
The next morning, the hostess decided not to respond to the greeting, did not ask what kind of scrambled eggs I would have (she asked the rest of the guests), brought an omelet on a broken plate (see photo) and everything like that. Moreover, she started spreading gossip about me among the other guests. It's nice to get the special treatment that I've read so much about in the reviews of this boarding house!
After leaving, the owners wrote to <url> that the payment allegedly failed. In general, think for yourself whether you need all this for your own money.

A wonderful place, quiet, green, cozy territory with sofas and gazebos, a Russian-speaking hostess, delicious breakfasts included in the price, spacious rooms and showers, pleasant balconies, extremely friendly owners. Charmed
