Thank you very much for delivering exqusite bouquet of fresia and roses for a birthday party of a distinguished person. I appreciate that we could communicate in English, and the flower- ladies created a nicely decorated card with all the wishes as I requested them to do. . And that was under very short notice too! Super job and truly caring attitude!
