17.02 I was at the Trojan laser hair removal procedure. During the procedure, the doctor turned off the cooling almost immediately, claiming that this was the only way to remove fluffy hair. I unknowingly agreed, despite the fact that it was less comfortable than usual. Immediately after the procedure, I felt a strong burning sensation that I had not experienced before. The doctor assured me that it will pass with time.
After returning home, I discovered serious consequences that did not go away even after 2 weeks and are likely to last a long time. A dermatologist from another clinic diagnosed "hyperpigmentation" (I attach photos of the shins after 2 weeks).
I have been periodically undergoing maintenance procedures with Palomar Vectus and Candela lasers in other clinics for about 3 years, but this is the first time I have encountered such consequences. Given my lack of contraindications and strict adherence to instructions, I can only explain this result by the insufficient qualifications of the doctor who performed the procedure and the fact that, according to her, she "did not spare" me.
After the clinic found out about the situation, they contacted me, trying to solve the problem. They invited me to the doctor again, but I don't live in Soligorsk. The doctor who performed the procedure said that her "conscience is clear" and there is no fault in this. The clinic also stated that the cooling system is designed only to reduce pain, which contradicts the information on the official website of the device (“DCD protects the epidermis, reduces the risk of scarring and pigmented changes such
as post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (RIN)”). I hope that the doctor will see this review and stop harming patients with his work.
In summary, I recommend potential clients to think 100 times before contacting such "doctors". It is better to consider alternatives, they are in the city. Thank you for at least getting the money back.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service and the quality of the procedure itself. I did laser rejuvenation. The result was noticed by herself and others.
