We bought a heated towel rail 4 years ago. We were doing repairs in the bathroom and decided to change the towel rail: instead of the classic arc, we wanted a ladder to fit our size. We ordered it from Rostel for specials.the order is exactly for our size, because we couldn't find anything that fits anywhere, the old snake was strongly stretched to our water outlets. Manufactured, installed. Everything is OK. I am very pleased. It may be a small bathroom, but it's beautiful)

A small review of a chic Belarusian-made towel rail with a 5-year warranty.
For a long time we chose which towel rail to choose, we settled on this model. We made an order, made delivery, brought, paid, there is no limit to joy. They installed it themselves. Everything works. After three weeks, it began to flow through the welding seam. Since the warranty is 5 years, they left a request for a defect of this product. And here the most interesting thing began. A specialist from the organization of the Rostel ICUP arrived, without even examining the towel rail, immediately began to look for its grounding. Since the warranty conditions are specified in the passport for towel drying and one of the sub-items is the presence of grounding, then failure to comply with this paragraph is the basis for removing the warranty. The guarantee was removed. After that, we installed grounding. But it didn't help, in the second month of operation, all the welding seams flowed. What kind of material is used is known to one manufacturer. The last heated towel rail without grounding stood for 14 years.
