The worst rental office in Dubai. They position themselves as a premium rental, but all expensive cars are in terrible condition. Cars of the middle price segment are present in limited numbers, but in poor condition: a smoky interior, tinted windows, a lot of scratches on the body, an air conditioner that does not work.
They gave me a car whose wheels were beating during acceleration and braking.
The deposit was taken by more than 30% of the initial amount, arguing that the payment was in cash, not by card.
A month later, they still cannot return the deposit, they are fed breakfast.
They are transferred to other employees by correspondence, who continue to feed them breakfast.
I do not recommend this rental.
