Good afternoon! I booked a hotel through Yandex, everything is great!!! The hotel is cozy and the staff is courteous. There is a Russian-speaking employee, a Kyrgyz. Everything is fine, I ordered a room without breakfast, but upon arrival, breakfast was included for a fee. Eat_ fire! Very tasty fruits! There is a small gym, just a fire! There is also a saltwater pool, very cool!!! I recommend it 100%!!!

Advantages: A cozy hotel. Very clean. Water, kettle in the room. There is a small swimming pool and a gym. Breakfast is a buffet with a varied menu. Delicious lunches and dinners .

Hello! Booked and paid via Yandex Travel, 4 nights with breakfast from March 9 to March 13, 2025. Upon arrival, everything is OK, the payment was confirmed at the reception and checked into the room.The hotel was pleasantly surprised - honest 3++ stars. The pool water is warm, sun beds and towels are provided. There is an outdoor shower and a toilet with an entrance from the pool area. The toilet has lockers with combination locks and another shower. There is a lifeguard on duty in the pool area, as well as unlimited water with lemon and cups.

A very good hotel, the staff is polite and attentive, all questions were helped to solve. The design is in a modern style. The rooms have a large plasma and a small refrigerator.
There is a shallow pool, washing machine (50 AED), transfer to Downtown in the morning (from 9.10.11 am) gym, shop. To the metro 15-20 minutes on foot. By taxi to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall 35 aed. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Oud Meta, if you plan to visit Deira, Bur Dubai and the Dubai frame, then it's not far away, you can walk for 30-50 minutes.
It's a long way to the beach, by metro + bus to go 50 minutes (from the room if you walk fast). Taxi is faster, but if the prices are more or less to La Mer beach and Mercato, but to Jumeirah beach or Kite Beach the price will be biting.

A good chain hotel with a swimming pool, breakfast and a restaurant. Excellent coworking and staff. We traveled for work, conveniently located near the metro. The hotel has a minimarket with everyday goods, which was very convenient. I definitely recommend it.

Wonderful hotel: the interior is very stylish and modern. The rooms are good, there is a place to turn around. I was pleased to have a convenience store on the 1st floor and a heated swimming pool (it was quite cool when we arrived). There is a free underground parking, where there have always been free spaces.

Treska she is treska. Small standard rooms, there is an additional folding sofa. the staff is nice and quite friendly. Breakfast is excellent. Basik has a small gym. The location is generally convenient. But the prices are too high for such a place. The air conditioner did not always work correctly in one of the rooms, it was impossible to turn it down in any way! Without enthusiasm, but you can live.

Nice hotel with its own beach. Comfortable rooms in the Art Nouveau style. There is coffee, tea, water in the room. Air conditioners work silently.
The hotel has a pool with cool water, which is very refreshing in the heat. Several times a day there is a transfer from the hotel to the Dubai Mall.
The reception staff is qualified. Quickly solve emerging issues. There is a Russian-speaking administrator. The breakfasts are good - the Swedish line.

A good hotel for guests who care about this location. Everything is thought out in the rooms and in the common areas. Excellent relaxation area by the pool, the pool itself is large, very comfortable sun beds, large towels. Very clean.

Wonderful hotel! My husband and I really like the hotel itself and the staff!😍 everyone is insanely polite and attentive. We especially want to thank Ali - he is at the reception, knows Russian.
