Excellent hotel and service! I recommend it to everyone! Just don't try to buy anything from Fan san Dashi's guide. She's a liar, sells at exorbitant prices, returns the money to np. Buy tickets to all parks and museums at the entrance. Save money and nerves!

We had a rest at the beginning of May 2023, a good hotel, obviously not for three. The room is clean, tea and coffee sets are replenished constantly. Polite and helpful staff. The hotel is located right on the beach, gives out an inorganic amount of beach towels. The breakfasts are excellent, the udines are a little more modest, but fresh and delicious. There is a free hotel bus to the center, several times a day, according to the schedule. I definitely recommend it!

The hotel is on the 1st line with sun beds, umbrellas, etc. (free of charge). There are no animation and entertainment programs, kids may be bored compared to Turkey)
The view from the rooms "into the garden" is not bad, I attach a photo - you can see both the bay and the city. The breakfasts are varied! You can visit the territory with your own drinks and food.
There is a shopping center, McDonald's, and an alcohol store within walking distance.
The bus takes you to the city center and to the subway every 2 hours.

I rested in this hotel for 5 days. I have only super positive emotions left. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. First line, sun beds and umbrellas. Heated swimming pool. A varied breakfast (we only had breakfast). The location is very convenient.
Of the temporary nuances, there is a construction site nearby, but it does not interfere much. But for those who are fixated on silence, it is better of course to choose another option. The price-quality ratio is excellent! I recommend it!

We visited this hotel with our daughter in April. I really liked the hotel. Proximity to the sea, cleanliness, novelty, convenient location, diligent staff. Special thanks to the guys at the reception Denis and Ksenia. Many have already written that there is a construction site on the beach, but this is really a temporary discomfort. It is better to take rooms in the other direction from the pool. The view is even more beautiful and quieter there. The breakfasts are good, but monotonous. Lunch and dinner were not tried. Be careful with taxi drivers in Dubai. This seems to be a universal problem there. They try to inflate, wring prices (if without an application) and roll around in a circle, thinking that we don't think anything at all. Many thanks to the hotel for everything!!! We will return with pleasure!!

The hotel is very, very nice! There is everything you need for a beach holiday, as well as just for an overnight stay. There was a guy at the reception who spoke a little Russian. They help with any questions. The rooms are cleaned every day, everything is very clean. From mini needs: earplugs, tea, coffee bags (not delicious), pasteurized cream, a kettle, a hair dryer, a carafe of water, a vacuum cleaner, toothbrushes and paste (a tube of two centimeters), shower gel, shampoo, a thousand towels and slippers. By the way, someone wrote in the reviews that there is a very short cord on the hair dryer, this is not so, there is a cord like in vacuum cleaners, it is drawn into the hair dryer itself, you just need to pull). On the territory of the hotel there is a cooled swimming pool, a beach and all sorts of game pranks (giant chess, volleyball court, table tennis). Bottled water is distributed free of charge throughout the hotel.
For someone, the construction site around the hotel may be a serious disadvantage. I'll say this. At night we didn't hear her at all, you can hear her outside the hotel, but not too loud, which causes discomfort. Personally, we didn't pay attention to her at all. Of the minuses, this is probably the only one.
By transfer. Every day a bus rides, minute by minute, to the Mall and back, makes a stop at the metro station.
When choosing a hotel, be sure to calculate your entertainment trips, because sometimes we had to go very far, we took a taxi. By Russian standards, taxis are very expensive, even municipal ones with a meter. From the Mall to the hotel 25 dirhams. And this distance is small, 20 minutes away. It also happened that we paid 70 dirhams from Marina Beach.
The hotel charges a tourist fee of $ 17, it is not refundable.

I've been to the hotel three times. In the previous 2 years, everything was fine: the hotel, infrastructure, staff. At 23, there is one disappointment. The construction site is 360 degrees around. Dust, concrete, rumble. Crowds of Russians. 95% in the hotel. Naturally, everything turned into Anapa with the occupation of sun beds and the lack of places for breakfast. The hotel itself is still standing, but sometimes the water does not go, because it does not cope, apparently. The air conditioning is fine. There is nowhere to go, because everything that was on the beach is closed for 5 km. There's a construction site there. The beach at the hotel remained 100 meters, then the construction site. There are crowds in the pool. This year I do not recommend this hotel, judging by the site of the neighboring construction site, it will last until 2025.

The hotel, like all Rove, is excellent. It's even strange that it's 3 stars. Cozy, beautiful, clean. The staff is attentive, young, positive. The breakfasts are not rich, but for this category of hotels more than good, you will definitely not stay hungry. There is a choice of dishes on the menu + buffet. Large and cozy lobby, swimming pool, private beach, gym. The only minus in 2023 is construction on LA Mer beach! There are several shopping malls, bars and restaurants near the hotel.

I have monitored everything in Dubai, every beach, every district, every street, and there are a lot of them , I have searched all the hotels , but for the price - quality , for two kopecks like in AlbArshah and without a taxi to the sea , on the first line and also so that everything is new with great food - this is definitely ROVE on the beach (LA MER) the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises on the beach in the "Pants" (aka the mirror) has its own water park and the best denouement!

I really liked the organization of the environment for the traveler. Convenient lockers, tablets for ordering a taxi, a cheerful and accommodating reception. Breakfast cannot be called healthy, but there are many different kinds of food. In general, it is possible to solve the issue of saturation. The cost is more than acceptable. The dishes on the menu are excellent!

I am surprised by so many good reviews. But it's true!
We got a room with a view of the construction site and the Gulf of Oman. The construction site on our side was not active, it did not interfere. In fact, the construction site is all around there. I got in the way only once on the beach out of 7 days.
Service: room cleaning is excellent, ready to clean every day, without reminders.
They forget to bring water, or tea bags, or towels, but even 2 bottles are brought on the call.
Beach: sun beds are available, soft, additionally provide towels, spf 30 cream and after sunburn. Entertainment ping-pong, badminton, bags, volleyball, a screen with broadcast/video in an open-air cafe, ice cream, cocktails. We didn't swim in the pool, we swam in the water in the bay every day! Although the weather was +22+24. Needle fish swim near the stones.
Food: we only took breakfast. There is something to eat. Porridge, scrambled eggs, an addition to all this, sausage, cheese are different to choose from. There are a lot of different greens. A slide with fruits, a slide with bread, a slide with buns, many different toppings, tea, 3 coffee machines, 3 types of juices.
We took lasagna for dinner and fish and French fries separately.
Cocktails 3 pieces, beer, wine to choose from. And so on.
Staff: friendly, English and Russian speaking at the reception.
The location is convenient: walking to Dubai pier for the sake of interest took 1.5 hours - a walk. The bus is free to the Museum of the Future and Dubai Mall every 2 hours, the schedule is at the exit.
The rooms are not big, it was cozy together. There is enough of everything. The hair dryer is in the bedside table. Sockets without adapters, those came up to our usual RF plugs.

A stylish and comfortable hotel with a private beach equipped with sun loungers. At the time of my stay on the coastline, reconstruction was underway, so the beach is small and there is nowhere to get away from it (there used to be a delightful pedestrian zone with restaurants). As soon as the reconstruction is completed, it should become a great place for family living.

We came here to rest in April 2023, because we wanted a beach with the sea for personal use. We read a lot of rave reviews, watched even more on YouTube. Bottom line: 1.5 months before our arrival, the entire promenade and all the cafes and restaurants were demolished and now it's one big construction site. During the day, piles are hammered with a bang.
The beach, i.e. the sea was also disappointed by the fact that the fences (buoys) are very close and there is no way to swim (especially at low tide) at your pleasure. If you swim behind the buoys, they start whistling. They quarreled with the staff. They stopped touching us, but they spoiled the mood. We started going to the public beach on the other side of the hotel. Of course, there are no sun beds with umbrellas, but the sea is excellent.
About the rooms: the most mind-blowing thing is
the lack of a hood in the shower. There is a fishing line right in the shower stall, pulled out for drying swimsuits. My swimsuit did not dry out in 2 days, so I took it on a towel to a sunbed on the beach, where (to my great happiness) it still dried up. We went to the fix price store, bought a rope, clothespins and stretched bathing suits on the Lilliputian balcony to dry.
I was also pleased with the hair dryer. It's in the nightstand! Secured! It is removed by 20 cm maximum! As you want, so dry yourself.
Otherwise, nice staff, good room cleaning, beach towels are provided by the pool and on the beach, there is a free scheduled bus to the Museum of the Future (on Sheikh Zayed Road) and to the Dubai Mall (Burj Khalifa Tower, singing fountains)
Have a wonderful holiday if you choose this hotel.
I think it's better to be warned about unpleasant moments in advance.

Rested from 23.07.22 to 03.08.22 with my sister
The rooms are modern and beautiful, everything is there, the bed linen and towels were cleaned and changed every day.
We had buffet-style breakfasts included + you can order different types of egg dishes from the menu or the dish of the day - the food is very tasty (especially cheeses and croissants)), from drinks - coffee, tea, juices, water, and drinks from the coffee machine.
The hotel itself is very beautiful, in the style of a beach holiday, there are a lot of cute details in the interior. Located in a nice neighborhood with a beach, an embankment, nice cafes and shops, it's very nice to walk.
The beach is clean, comfortable sun beds, together with a towel offer cold water. The pool is cooled, open until 22.00
The staff are very friendly and responsive: they could not figure out the cooling system - they came in a minute, set everything up and explained. They mostly speak English, but there is a Russian-speaking staff.
There is a free bus from the hotel to the metro and Dubai Mall, the schedule is at the reception.

We chose the hotel because of its location (close to the center) and good reviews, thanks to everyone who leaves them. We lived together with our daughter, the room was not small for two, there was enough space)) The breakfasts are wonderful, lunch and dinner are very simple, not varied. There are many restaurants nearby, almost on the territory of the hotel. The sea is pleasant, deep, the sun beds are very comfortable and wide, the beach is clean. The staff is on top, the staff is ready to help in everything and at the same time unobtrusive. Since mid-May, there have been noticeably more guests, respectively, it was felt that it became more crowded and noisy. Before that it was more comfortable. Of the minuses- it's very cold on the floors, after the beach the way to the room is not very pleasant)) The bed was not changed for us for 10 days, although it was cleaned every day. Summing up, we are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel, everything is thought out and convenient for guests. The locations nearby are amazing!
