We stayed at this hotel in the summer of 2024. The location is quite convenient, despite the distance from the center. There is a bus stop nearby, you can safely get to tourist places. There is no private parking. The hotel building itself can be assessed as "battered": initially a good design, but at the moment there are tons of dust in the carpets, flowers in lobia have withered right in pots, the furniture in the rooms is also "tired". There is Wi-Fi in the building, but it catches only at the reception, it does not reach the rooms, which does not bother the staff at all. There is no sense of cleanliness in the rooms, specifically in our case, the toilet was stained yellow around the rim, and a healthy lump of hair was stuck in the shower drain (obviously not from the head, give me the strength to see it). At night, it's awesome how you can hear planes going for takeoff / landing, and someone was breaking into our room (maybe a cleaner who wanted to wipe the toilet, but we didn't find out because the lock was constantly wedging). In short, I do not recommend it
A nice bathhouse.
Recommend 👍👍👍
The steam room is as it should be, there is a swimming pool, which is not unimportant for a public bath, clean.
The room is not bad, there is a TV and a conder

On May 20, 2024 (Monday), a family (three people) + a traveling companion (our friend) arrived early in the morning from Delhi to Almaty.
Our travel companion chose this hotel and has already arranged for an early check-in there. She invited us to this hotel for company. We didn't really care which hotel to stay in for one night. By the time we got the luggage, she had already ordered a taxi. We quickly took a taxi to the hotel. The doorbell rang, and they opened it for us.
Our traveling companion informed us about her early check-in. I wanted to pay for my arrival with a Union card, but unfortunately this type of card apparently does not work in Kazakhstan either. I had to go to the exchanger to change cash for local currency. My husband also went with her as an escort and changed cash for one too. My daughter and I stayed at the reception. During this time, my daughter managed to fall asleep on the leather sofa at the reception. I also decided to relax on the couch for now. My eyes have already closed by themselves. At this time, the receptionist decided to smoke in the "Bathhouse" (located near the reception, on the 1st floor). If you smoke, it does not mean that we, the guests, should enjoy this smell. At least close the door behind you. Feeling an unpleasant smell, I went to the "Bathhouse" and closed the door.
To the receptionist (a woman in a black dress with "small white polka dots")- I didn't like it very much. She came out already dissatisfied. I told her that I was allergic to this smell. That in Russia, now strictly with this, they smoke in specially designated places. Then my husband and our traveling companion arrived. The traveling companion quickly paid for the room and went to sleep in the room, as she was very tired from the road. My husband saw her off and helped her carry her suitcase to the room on the second floor.
We are tired too and we would also really like to have a rest from the road. But something went wrong ..... It was about 6.00 or 6.30 on the clock - I don't remember exactly.... We decided to stay at this hotel too. The administrator named the amount of 3,000 rubles for our money in one night. (In tenge, I haven't learned to count yet, as this is the first time in Kazakhstan). My husband and I went and looked at the room, This room suited us. We said that we agreed to check in after 12.00 (as required by the rules). Since you would have to pay + 3000 rubles for early check-in, and we have Russians, no cards work, and there is absolutely no cash. It was left for a very modest lunch....
The administrator did not like it and she decided to kick us out. At first, she said to take a walk until 12.00 (we agreed, said it was no problem, let's go for a walk, but it's a pity to wake my daughter, she sleeps so sweetly. At first, she didn't seem to mind her sleeping on the couch at the reception, and then she said that according to the rules, they can't stay at the reception for more than 20 minutes). My husband woke up my daughter, said, okay, the whole family will take a walk and come after 12.00. But the administrator came up with a new "trick" - she said that they have a very good and in-demand hotel and this room is supposedly "on reservation". And there are no other available rooms either.
That's the story....
I don't know who's right, who's to blame.
Draw conclusions! But as I understand it, Russians are not welcome here. They have Hindus now - a "gold mine".
The walls are cardboard, the sounds of draining were heard from the sink all night, I had to plug it with a towel. The receptionist worked perfectly, quickly settled in.
Have a nice day, everyone! In the "Level" it is fine in principle, but there is a problem with water and there is no TV. And so... the bed linen is clean, the toilet is clean, well, this is a special thanks to the maids.
