It is better not to bring children here if you do not want to be discussed in an unflattering tone in front of other clients and told: "We don't record such small children anymore. This is some kind of horror! If the children start HOWLING, we immediately stop the haircut and refuse the service."
The price list includes the service "Children's haircut up to 6 years old." The age of the child was discussed with the master in advance and warned that this was the first haircut.
Also, any service provider should have a complaint book. The owner of the barbershop (he did not introduce himself, although he was asked) refused to give them a book of complaints and said that they should not have one, because the masters work on a coworking basis.
