The food is great, the coffee is good.
The animation turned out to be on the level, you can't usually lure a child, but here it's normal for both children and adults.
The rooms are tired, there are few multi-rooms.
The air conditioner was trying to blow the window out at minimum rpm. It is better to take a pillow with you, because they are either big or huge.
Heated pools are normal. Water parks with slides are very good.
It's a long way down the ramp to the real sea, but the reef is good.
One towel was traditionally stolen from us.

A great hotel for families with children. Breakfast, lunch, dinner in a buffet style. Alcoholic beverages of average quality. Exercises, dancing, yoga, and sports are organized. There is golf, big tennis, ping pong. There are many pools with slides and heated ones. The sea is shallow. Bridges up to 400 meters long are laid to the deep part. There is a rental of underwater equipment, kayaks and kitesurfing equipment. Among the disadvantages are the low technical condition of the hotel, low-quality desalinated water in the tap, the presence of birds in the food reception area that steal food and spread germs, and low quality products.

Each hotel has a + and -. I'll start with the cons-the beach-small small stones(someone likes it more than sand, but I love sand) and it's very windy, but who knows the charm, this bay is basically the windiest, out of 10 days the red flag hung 6, so it was impossible to admire the reef, but you can swim, because there are visits (the bottom is sand) in the middle of a long pantone .Of the minuses, THAT's IT!The perfect hotel for children! THERE are a lot of pools for everyone, 2 pools with slides for children, perfect cleanliness everywhere! Bars at every turn. We often rest in Egypt and there is something to compare, the food is the most DELICIOUS in this hotel, it is diverse, there is a children's room. The area is not very green, but spacious. The rooms are modern, renovation is underway. The animation is active. The tides are not large, in some hotels there is no water at all, at low tide, up to Pannton. If you choose a trip with children, then the hotel is ideal, probably 90% of vacationers are families with children, adult couples will be bored here. Because it's windy here, you can ride a surfboard, by the way, it was even great that it was windy, with baking and 34 degree heat-it's comfortable to lie on the beach-you don't suffocate. Bottom line-if you are looking for an inexpensive 5 *, I highly recommend it.

It has undergone changes over the last couple of years. Now there are pillows and beds instead of chaise lounges. Beautiful swings have been set up. The beach is always clean. Lots of marine life.

We rested at the hotel after the new year. I liked everything, the food is good, the animators are doing their best. Everyone speaks Russian, there is a mini club. 3 heated pools, including children's pools. One child did not get out of the children's warm with mini-slides (5 years old), the second from the main one. The staff are great, they try, everything is clean and tidy, there are a lot of lawns, someone always takes care of them, waters them. In short, super. Now the main thing. Sea. There is a pier of 400 meters, there is a good reef with fish, if you are afraid, you can go to 2/3 of the pier waist-deep, there are fish too. There are good sun beds and wind screens on the beach. It's a good five for Egypt. Recommend.

Hello everyone) We stayed at this hotel from December 24 to January 4. There are a lot of positive things, but there are also moments that I didn't like. About everything in order.
We arrived early in the morning, we were at the hotel around 9-10 am already. Check-in was said at 14 (in reality, they settled at 12). The leash was put on immediately - bars and restaurants, respectively, are already available! This is a good plus (they don't do it everywhere - I've been to Egypt 15 times already).
At 12 o'clock they give cards from the room - they settled "so-so"... There are 4 of us - me, my wife, a 19-year-old daughter and a 6-year-old son. We go into the room, there are 2 beds (double and single), there is simply no place for another bed.... - the question is - how is the tour company, or did the hotel miss this option of check-in? - I don't know who is to blame here, but the fact is the fact. We stomped to the reception to sort it out and then met the hotel administrator Alyona. We give her a huge five with the whole family! The person in his place is smiling, friendly, generally one positive and professional at work. Thanks! In the end, the issue with the room was resolved - we were given a two-room apartment, BUT for an additional fee of $ 60 per day.... It's a bit much, but there are no options here and it was worth it - the room opposite the main pool, the balcony (ground floor) of the sunny side and twice as large as the previous one.
I will add to the above - there are some problems / difficulties, etc. - go to Alyona - she would also like a hat, mask and black cloak, so she will save the whole World)
According to the hotel, I did not like the fact that there are 2 heated pools in the main territory with a waist-deep depth. A children's option - adults were there too, but it's more fun for children... Then (almost at the end of the rest) they accidentally found a small heated pool with a normal depth, but it is lost so that not every vacationer's foot steps in there for the whole rest. I was upset about the pool - we were there in winter after all (the sea is very warm!), but it was stormy. During the vacation, it turned out to be 4 days to swim, the rest of the time is a red flag and only in the pool.
By sea - panton is very well made - 3, or 4 descent zones - the depth is small, then more and the sea itself. The penultimate descent is a good area for children and those who do not know how to swim - there are no corals (sand) and fish - the son and wife, who are afraid of the depth, were happy to wallow there. At the end of the pantone there is a descent to the coral (5 meters deep) and a little further there is a large depth (15-20 meters). I didn't see shark nets there!... Apparently this is another maneuver of the sloppy Egyptians - they write that they are installed, but in fact they are not! (This is a big minus)
In terms of animation, the guys, like everywhere else in hotels, try to entertain - well done! There were evening performances - fire shows, dancing, and much more.
The food is very good, you certainly won't stay hungry ) ... The fish restaurant was not found immediately - if anyone is interested, the entrance is from the sea - it is on the right at the entrance, a little deep (free).
The New Year's program upset me, my wife liked it - but here everyone has their own. (Apparently I was very angry that the Russians were not congratulated on the New Year at 23 o'clock... - previously, other hotels always congratulated, but, apparently, times are different and in connection with IT they try to smooth out many points)
About the neighborhood with "ce Europa" - everything is very calm, - on excursions - different groups and different times of visiting places - the groups do not overlap. Everyone at the hotel knows that any showdown is deportation from the country at the same second - so please be smarter - there is a rest, not a ring!
As a result, the hotel is very good, we recommend you to relax in it! Small flaws - well, where are they not? Have a nice rest and positive emotions to everyone! 🙂

Excellent hotel, large territory, normal rooms, good buffet selection. There are many comfortable pools, including heated ones. Unobtrusive animation (if you want to participate, you want to take a break from the noise). There is a children's club where you can rent children for a couple of hours. Of the minuses, it is 800 meters to stomp along the pier to the corals under the scorching sun.

The food is monotonous, very noisy (a DJ yells around the pool during the day, a disco and the airport are close at night, planes take off, a boiler or air conditioner on the roof buzzes loudly at night), the sea is very far away, the rooms are old, the staff is clueless (they talk on the phones in restaurants, stand up in a crowd and loudly discuss something and generally do not they let you forget about your presence, make a lot of noise), diluted alcohol. New Year's Eve performances are not interesting.

Great hotel! Nice spacious rooms, delicious food (almost around the clock), lots of swimming pools, including heated ones. A huge plus is that the children's slides are placed outside the water park in the children's pools. Entering the seas from the shore leaves much to be desired, to swim in it you need to walk along pantone for a long time.
