It was a long road , we were tired , we settled in
Well , the first impression is clean and cozy
When two people checked in , they found that there was only one hygiene kit ☝🏼
I couldn't get through from the room ,
They did not warn you to swim, you need to wait for 10 minutes for the water to flow
There is a construction site under the window , but it will end sometime and there will be a beautiful view of the river .
But if you do not take into account these points
That's not too bad ,
They listened to us , promised to improve the quality of accommodation
The breakfast was not bad either

Probably the best hotel in this city. Large area with a terrace and free parking. There are 2 restaurants on site. The rooms are made in the imperial style. Gilding is everywhere.

This is a great hotel! We had a standard room. Spacious, large bathroom with everything you need, there is a shower, a bathtub, a bidet and 2 sinks (which is very convenient). A large, comfortable bed, a bunch of channels on TV, YouTube, etc., a gorgeous view from the window, breakfast is included in the price and you choose from the menu what you want to taste (by the way, breakfast was not very good). The staff is excellent, they will help with everything, advice and more. We were in April, on the days when it snowed, it was not cold, but still we were given a small heater and another blanket. The location is good, near the shopping center and the promenade. In general, I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!

The rooms are good, but the feeling that the hotel has no Soul, you go in and do not understand where to go, on impulse you go to the second and there is a reception where a friendly and responsive girl Alina meets and that's it... And then you go on and it feels like the hotel doesn't have a Host or he doesn't care, tomorrow is so-so, some rooms are either cold or super hot, the lounge bar doesn't work and the feeling of Abandonment, as if the hotel has been vegetating for 10-15 years, wifi is either super slow or does not catch, phones in the rooms they also don't work and have to go to the reception, almost a "collective farm" for the price of a boutique hotel... I would like the hotel to have a Manager or Owner who would really revitalize it, repair everything that is necessary, adjust the technical part, monitor everything carefully, especially breakfast and drinks)) and he breathed in a new way, because the location is just Great...

5. The reception is on the second floor and it is not clear at the entrance that this is a hotel...
In general, if you try hard, you can make it a great place.

I was amazed from the first steps... the greenery is in perfect order, even under the Christmas trees it is clean and the hedge in the root zone is cleaned... The service is 4 stars... the barbecue is at the highest level...It feels like it's not in Kazakhstan, but in the Caucasus!!! Both the marinade and the frying of meat -thank you for the pleasure of eating !!! The prices are reasonable, but for the fact that there is such comfort and tranquility, I would pay more! Attention to the guests - you couldn't wish for better! We sat, ate, listened to pleasant music and it's all on the banks of the great river... This is still the first place in our rating! Thanks to everyone who works there for their hard work and love of nature, as well as for their attention to people!

1) It's noisy in the evening, you can hear music from the restaurant in the room.
2) When checking into room 208 on 05/27/23 at 16:30, we clarified with the administrator: do we make payment upon check-in or check-out? To which we received the answer that it is better now. Ok. We give the money and wait for some kind of document confirming the payment to be issued and we do not receive anything. We ask a question: will you give us a receipt or other document confirming the payment? To which the administrator politely smiles and says that this is not required. To put it mildly, I am surprised, I say that I need some kind of confirmation that the money was paid in order to avoid misunderstandings when leaving. Only after that, the administrator punches the cash receipt and gives it to me.
There was a very unpleasant feeling that they were trying to deceive me.
I kindly ask the hotel management to pay attention to this incident!!!
3) The room was booked with one large bed, it was assumed that the child sleeps with his parents on the bed). When booking, the description stated that the room has a balcony and has a view of the Irtysh.
In fact: there is no balcony in the room, the view from the window is on the shopping center. And two (!) beds instead of one! I.e. the child should sleep where? At the junction between the beds?
4) The declared refrigerator - bar for the sale of goods, there is no place to put your own products!!!
5) At the entrance there was only one set of towels and a bathrobe in the room. + Price list, which is for an additional fee. To our surprise, they brought another set with a bathrobe, saying that the room was not ready yet. We arrived exactly at the time indicated at the time of booking.
Otherwise, I liked the hotel. An interesting interior. Delicious breakfasts.

There is no separation in the reviews between shashlikoff and Royal B. But the review will be about two. The most beautiful thing in this place is the view of the Irtysh River, the bridge, the embankment.. THAT'S IT! Having reserved a table for earlier in Shashlikoff, you can come and find that the table is occupied by other people, this is normal, they practice. The service is slow, orders are confused between tables. At prices, it is moderately expensive in the city, but you can go. The dishes are dirty. The administrator greets the pilot Royal B, jumps around you, they thought for a long time about what to order in the menu, it is meager, but expensive. As a result, 2 stars for two expensive pilots.

I checked in on Monday, at 09:00, on the second floor to room 202, arrived by car from Almaty, I was very tired, I wanted to sleep it off, but unfortunately I couldn't, suddenly they started repairs, but no matter how the girl at the reception named Angela tried to stop this mess, everything was useless!
As a result, I asked to call the manager, I used to be from Almaty, "he hasn't worked for us for a long time!", that's the result, the attitude towards the guests! In a word, the disgusting attitude towards the guests who come to this hotel once again! I tried to fall asleep for two hours, it didn't work out, I eventually moved out!
