Cool fitness club for your money. The coaches are very kind and polite. They helped me overcome the fear of water and taught me to swim, despite the fact that I swam only with a "hatchet". They also teach how to do certain exercises correctly on various simulators. Sauna is generally a separate conversation, some guests of the hall come here just for the sauna. And I myself often go into the gym just to steam up
