The place itself is great, but the staff and delivery especially leave much to be desired. I am describing my personal experience. Three orders via the branded home delivery app: In the first order, instead of hummus with beef, they brought just hummus, the difference is 20 rubles, I did not swear and complain. In the second order there were cold rolls (cold and ordered) with boiled and stuck rice. The third order was a complete fiasco: the order included udon with chicken, burritos and basturma. Udon with chicken was sharper than a burrito, although there was no warning about it (udon was taken with the idea as non-spicy, these noodles should be non-spicy, kamon). Basturma is a separate disappointment, which comes with a huge number of pieces of pink salt, that's right, they took it and put a bunch of salt in a box right on the pieces of meat, sit and choose them. That was my experience. I can't say that everything is bad, because there are dishes that I really liked. I can't say that all the staff is bad, because the purely human factor plays a role here. It's more like a lottery, while I'm still hoping for this place and I want to try other dishes, maybe I'll be lucky.
