I'm flying to Turkey for the pre-season sports training camp. By and large, there's nothing else to do here if you don't drink.... My impressions: from an amateur athlete (triathlon). All the conditions in the hotel are in full. There are places to run, many bike routes with good asphalt. The sea at the beginning of April +18...19 is comfortable in the hydra. A huge plus is the presence of a warm outdoor pool (32....33m) in case of a storm or lack of a suit. 3 workouts a day are flying with a bang. The main thing for me is not to get fat, because there is a lot of varied and delicious food, I have to constantly restrain myself (at least try to). And I'm still gaining 3...5kg. It's not critical, at home in 3... 5 days I'm dry, hungry and angry again, that is, ready for the season and again I dream of returning to paradise for sports, starting in the fall and training in the spring. I definitely recommend it.
