We were in 2019 from April 25th for a week. Well, what can I say.. It was Paradise)) They settled in quickly. The room is ordinary, standard, nothing like that)) But the atmosphere.. This is something! The staff treated us like we were their friends, if not relatives) Great cuisine! Very diverse. There was plenty of meat. The freshest vegetables and fruits. Dates, which you won't find here) Tunisian wines were appreciated, after all, the French tried to raise winemaking to the proper level. ) There is a shop on site - brushes, pastes, shampoos, caps, T-shirts, etc. The animation is amazing. In the evenings there is a live performance of evenings near Moscow and.. Murki on the piano)) Very colorful! The sea was still cool and cheerful)) but the five-minute swims were successful) The temperature in the afternoon is 25-27. Taxis are regularly on duty near the hotel. For a very reasonable fee, they will take you, and they will wait and conduct an excursion. )) On one of my trips, I was treated to our small Tula gingerbread- in 10 minutes I had instructions on where to get coffee, olive oil, silver jewelry and medicines)) All this is French-English- Russian- gesticulation language😂I do not know English, I have almost forgotten French since school. But it was sincere and fun. The main thing is clear! Ordinary locals try to help in the shops. I stood looking at a jar of cream, everything is in Arabic) but I did not give up)) A girl came up and tried to explain in English.. But seeing my helplessness)) I quickly found it on the phone and showed all the information)) We went for a walk to the Port of el Kantawi, it's beautiful. We went to the market, haggled) we argued) I repeat, without knowledge of the language)) Only positive emotions. And if you choose Egypt or Tunisia, I'm for Tunisia and Royal Kenz)
I liked everything. A very good hotel, it does not pull at 4* it is a solid 5*. The service, room cleaning, the territory, and everything is just super. The hotel administration and the staff, thank you for a good stay.
A MAGICAL VACATION
The hotel is nice, with a large, beautiful territory. We personally have no complaints about the kitchen, everything was in abundance: fruits, meat, fish, sweets. Discrimination on the basis of nationality, which some wrote about in the reviews, we did not feel at all. The staff always helped as much as they could. Downstairs on the ground floor there was a girl on duty, something like a guest administrator (I don't know how her position is called correctly), to whom you can contact for any questions, of course she does not speak perfectly in Russian, but you can understand if you wish. The waiters also paid attention steadily, approached, offered water, wine and other drinks, we in turn tried to leave 1 dinar for tips)
Cleaning is also fine, we cleaned every day, changed towels also stably. The only thing is to be mentally prepared for the settlement of the locals, this is the heat that begins, you will have to stand in queues in the dining room and be ready for the crush and the fact that the food quickly disappears, this is certainly not scary, because they try to fill up the shortages promptly)
In short, in the dining room on the days of the arrival of the locals, there is nowhere to fall)
In the evening there is animation, music, even a fire show.🔥
The beach is clean, the sea is really not always clean, as you get there, sometimes algae swim, even the garbage is sensitive. And you also have to be careful, you can run into small jellyfish, there were more of them by August, they sting a little, we were stung 3 times. One of them was noticeably painful, the brush burned for a day, the next day burns appeared.
On tourist routes, of course, the locals behave very intrusively, sometimes they remind the gypsies, they try to sniff at least something, they almost cram it into their hands.
Overall, the hotel is good, we already miss it😊
