We stayed there for the second time, the first time more than 10 years ago. The hotel underwent a major renovation and... got bedbugs that ate us up in a few days. The staff did not pay attention to our requests to check the room for a very long time, as a result, we completely rummaged it ourselves and found living proof of our troubles. The funny thing is that the new design of the rooms after renovation only encourages the appearance of bedbugs and other hints - everything is in carpet, a bed with endless frills, upholstered sofas and armchairs, decorative pillows - ideal conditions so that you can never find who bites you at night. After we showed the found bug to the managers, we were finally moved to another room and even refunded part of the cost of accommodation. However, we would rather pay the full price and stay in a simpler room than receive an upgrade at such a price.
